The worst uncaring people I've ever had the displeasure of going to, I have a lot of cats that are on our small farm most have been dropped off on the road and come looking for a meal and some love, when they get here there scared and confused, most of them have come down with bad upper respiratory infection I wanted to buy some antibiotics to treat them they said unless they could see each and everyone they could not and would not help in anyway I don't think anybody could afford that, there just loving cats that needed a little help they've already been through enough with there circumstances in life a couple of them have died because of there infection, how sad they lost there life's because of a little antibiotics, this isn't my first time to need there help I took my cocker spaniel to them a few years back he had colon cancer after the exam and exrays at $75.00 A piece my bill was right at $300 and that's all I had on me, he needed meds for pain and a couple of other things to make him comfortable I think the meds were $21 they wouldn't let me leave with his meds and return and pay, so he had to go without his meds for a day.
There the most uncaring no heart people there all about the dollar not the pet, if your on a budget look else where for you pets care, we now go to a vet in town that cares about you and your pet and will work with you anyway he can.
I did go to our vet in town he wasn't going to be in until later that's why I went to them, my vet went got what I needed totally understood and sold me the antibiotics they needed there all now doing well there healthy and back to being lazy cats.

Best Veterinary clinic in Mount Sterling. They truly care about your fur baby and exceptionally clean and professional. If you want the best hands for your pet this is where to bring them. Their boarding facility is always clean and give the best care and love to your pet. You won't be displeased and very reasonable with costs. This will be the vetinarian office I will go to with every pet in the future and the one I have. My dog was scared at first and left feeling confident. They Make you feel welcomed and accepted. 5 stars easy :)

We take both of our dogs here, a teacup Yorkie and a Siberian Husky. They really know what they're doing and really care about the animals. Dr. Bailey and Dr. Ryan are both great vets.

Dr Bailey and ALL of his staff have gone above and beyond normal care and services that all my animals needed! From a seriously fractured back leg on my one dog requiring immediate surgery, to meeting me late at night to make sure my small 6 week old puppy would make it through the night, to my yearly office visits and even treating our older dog for possible. Countryside is my lifesaver and kept me from losing my sanity when all this was going on. All of us love you guys!!!
