Stay FAR AWAY from this vet's office! Dr Carl is NOT qualified to be practicing in veterinary medicine. She mis-diagnosed our pet, cost us a FORTUNE in treatment/and recovery. The worst thing about this practice, is although staff is pleasant, they/Dr Carl refuse to take responsibility for any mistakes. We had to visit this day on a sad note as one of our beloved dogs passed away suddenly. Everyone we spoke to were so very patient and kind. They were all very helpful and gave us our options and even offered to do a paw print for us to keep. I will always come here for my pet needs. Read Less

This clinic is a joke and will do more damage than when you walked thru the door. Dr. Carl, although seemingly competent, is a below average veterinarian. The staff take no responsibility for the care and/or treatment of your beloved animal. Stay far away from this place, unless you enjoy abusing your animal and being treated unfairly. Read Less

My buddy Rodney just wasn't doing right. He was not eating and lethargic, so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Carl. When we arrived, the staff was friendly, caring and sympathetic as he clearly did not feel well. Dr. Carl did a thorough exam and ran some tests. Once we had the results, she recommended a treatment plan and now a couple a weeks later my old friend is back to his old self. My recent experience at Animal Clinic at Equestrian Woods was wonderful! From the very first moment I walked in the doors the staff was kind, caring and very helpful. I was quickly taken into an exam room, which was nice because my dog, Buster, can get a little rowdy! The vet tech helped fill me in on what they would be doing for Buster. Dr. Carl was wonderful! She addressed my concerns and Buster loved her! When I was paying, I was having trouble writing my check and holding onto Buster, and the receptionist offered to hold Buster for me, after words, she even helped me load him into my vehicle! My favorite thing, was the next day the staff called me to make sure Buster was starting to feel better, which really makes me think they care, my own family Doctor doesn't do that!
