We have been with Mike and all of his wonderful employees for many years. It started with a special black and white "tuxedo cat" per Mike's description. His name was "Priff", and I think when they met, both knew they had met their match, and decided to become best friends. Priff was an orphan , and I found him in a storm drain as a young kitten. We decided on a birthday that seemed appropriate, and he lived over 20 years with us. The first time that Mike examined him, Priff didn't care much for what he was doing, and slowly turned his head back at Mike and emitted a low growl that was a very clear message. Mike looked at me and said, " That's a man's cat...." And thus the relationship began. Whenever we went to visit family in Missouri, Mike insisted that my boy Priff stayed with him. When we lost him, Mike teared up and grieved with us. This is a man that truly loves animals and seeing them through medical issues. He has shown the same love and concern for several other cats, and our two Aussie Shepherd mixes that are sisters, and won't go anywhere apart. He brings both in at the same time....he is also a great family man, and has an amazing family. You will not find a finer Vet any where at ANY price. Steve and Cindy MatherlyRead Less
