Rushed my dog there for heat stroke, and called them along the way. They accepted him, no questions asked. The tech, Terry, took him right away and started life saving treatment. The rest of the doctors, Dr. Bell being the primary, and crew saved my dogs life when he shouldn't have lived. So, from the receptionist to the techs and doctors, they worked together and did exactly what they needed to save my dog Dallas.

Our indoor/outdoor cat Maverick got punctured by something (probably a tree branch since he's been pestering the birds) and even though they had no available appointments and one of their doctors had called out sick, they worked us in very quickly. They were friendly, thorough, and presented me with my options (including prices) once they had examined him. Their prices were super reasonable, especially for being an Animal Hospital and me being a walk in with an injured pet. They were super sweet and took excellent care of Maverick. I wouldn't hesitate to take any of our pets here.

They took really good care of my boy when he got very sick. Dr. Belle is amazing and kept us informed while Corona was under her care. They are not the cheapest in town compared to what other pet owne...
They took really good care of my boy when he got very sick. Dr. Belle is amazing and kept us informed while Corona was under her care. They are not the cheapest in town compared to what other pet owners on the FB group I'm in. However, they're availability to see our pet right away especially when it's an emergency is well worth it.

Love all the staff, they love my furry kids! Dr Bell and the staff have always been honest and helpful, they have always helped in what directions we needed to go with our fur kids, when our past fur kids have been sick , they always got us in asap, they gave me all the information I needed to decide what was best for our fur kids, sometimes saying good bye to them is heart breaking, I have had all 3 vets help in this matter at some point in time over the 25 years. The Doctors and staff were so professional, understanding, caring, and accommodating to our fur kids and our needs in this time of heart break. I think it was as hard for them as well. With there advice and care with regular visits, shots, preventive meds for heartworm n fleas, proper food, they have all lived to over 10 to 17 years.

I can not express how much gratitude I have for this clinic..The love and attention Dr Bell and the aids gave to Sweet Pea right away was remarkable. Sweet Pea was on her last leg of life because of a rapid disease that was poisoning her and without hesitation they (aids and doc) immediately stepped in....the price for the entire event was not at all cheap but we never put a price tag on our kids (pets included)....I am thankful for the staff that was on hand for caring and treating her like she was one of their own...

They go above and beyond here. Couldn't get my cat to takes the meds he got which are pills and they let me bring him back as soon as I called to tell them and ended up giving him a shot of it instead...

Highly recommend this vet service to anyone in the area! They are able to get you in quickly, truly seem to care about my dog, and are reasonably priced and very up front about the cost of services so there are no surprises. My dog got neutered here and had to stay the night, I was very nervous but they made it easy and were so professional. I will definitely be bringing my other dog here as well!

I have been bringing my little Brutus here since we moved to Fort Campbell. He is diabetic and I wanted someone who would treat him as well as I do, and they never have disappointed me. I even caught one of the techs baby-talking him when they didn't think I was listening. Recently he has a procedure for his teeth and they treated him (and my crying self) with nothing but compassion. Today is two days after his procedure and they called just to check on Bru and let me know if I had any further concerns to just call because they cared about him.

They were very informative and detailed in their care of her. She has had her care with them since we moved to Clarksville in 2006. She was our protector for the last 12 years and we know that she was given the best care ever. Until we meet again at the rainbow bridge.............

We have been bringing my cat to you since she was 8 weeks old. I brought my now 10 month old cat to get her nails trimmed and warned the vet tech that she would put up a fight as she has a bit of a diva personality and hates getting her nails trimmed. She laughed it off and less than 10 minutes later brought her back out and told me they only could get 3 paws leaving the front left one not trimmed. She then had the audacity to tell me I should declaw my cat. What kind of person who works with animals suggests something so inhumane? You clearly didn't try to gain my cats trust or have the patience to work with her to get all her nails trimmed. As I paid I then asked about boarding and another staff member gave me attitude about not being able to board my cat if she was like "that". I wasn't inquiring about it for the cat that was with me anyways. The poor attitude and judgement your staff had towards me and my pet prompted me to get her records sent over to another vet immediately.

I called Oak Grove Animal Hospital's on call vet on Wednesday night because my cat wasn't able to urinate. The on call vet answered and once I explained the problem, he started telling me it could get really expensive and we would have no idea what all was needed, so we could be looking at a lot of money. It was 11 pm at night, I knew that it would be expensive and I was willing to pay. I never even asked how much it would be. He also said he would just examine him that night and do any procedures in the morning, so if I was looking for a vet to be there with him all night, he wasn't it. I just got a really bad vibe from him and didn't feel comfortable with his approach to things. Thankfully I found a local emergency vet in Clarksville that was amazing, they took my cat in that night, checked on him through the night and he was able to go home the next evening.

Best vet I have ever taken any of my pets to! My dog, Foxy, was a rescue dog. We found her out in the country in the woods and no one claimed her. We brought her home and cleaned her up. She was malnutrition weighing at about 2 lbs (long haired chihuahua). She had ticks all over her body as well as thorns. She was also clearly abused and scared of ppl. We found her on a weekend so we took her to the vet when they opened on Monday. Dr. Bell did a thorough check on her as well as blood work. She also said Foxy was not microchipped so we decided to keep her. She has been with us for 2 years now and we continue to see Dr. Bell. She is great with Foxy and very patient and understanding of her timidness. About 7 months ago, Dr. Bell took an xray of her and found out she was born with a birth defect where her 1st and 2nd vertebrae on her neck are not connected. She also has seizures. She provides me with medication for pain I give her daily and medication to give for her seizures if they last more than 3 min. We love Dr. Bell and wont take our baby anywhere else!

The worst customer service I've ever had with a vet. I was watching my friends dog while she was out of town. The dog hurt itself in my backyard and I wanted to take it to Oak Grove animal hospital because they had been taking care of the dog for years. When I called, they were very rude on the phone , and refused to see the dog unless his owner brought him in. I explained that the owner could not bring him in and that I was paying for it and that the dog was a regular customer of theirs. I told them the owner could call them and talk about the treatment and anything else they wanted. They got even ruder with me and told me "do not come here with that dog". I took the dog to my vet, St. Bethlehem animal clinic, they had no trouble seeing him, took care of him, everything was all well. I would not recommend Oak Grove animal hospital to anybody, especially if you ever travel and expect them to take care of your pet while you are away. They won't!

As long as I am in Tennessee, I will always go out of my way to take my dogs to Oak Grove Animal Hospital in Kentucky. My one pup in particular has had some health issues since we rescued him at three months. The whole entire staff is absolutely amazing with him! He is completely head over heels in love with Dr. Bell and as soon as we roll into the parking lot he can't wait to get out and see all the lovely ladies at the front desk :) Oak Grove has had the most knowledgable and HONEST staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have never once been or felt like I am being over charged for things that are unnecessary to my dogs health. They are the perfect animal hospital for every budget. Thank you SO much Oak Grove!! I don't know how long we would survive without you guys ;)

I usually take my dogs on post but when one of them started having seizures earlier this year they immediately got us in same day within hours of calling. After much discussion with the vet, many tears & a long goodbye I ended up having to put my beloved baby boy down that day. They were so kind & sympathetic (I even received a card in the mail later that week) I wouldn't hesitate to take my other dog there or recommend them.

They go above and beyond here. Couldn't get my cat to takes the meds he got which are pills and they let me bring him back as soon as I called to tell them and ended up giving him a shot of it instead...

My kittens love them so much and i love how friendly and caring they are! They always make sure that the animal needing care gets it we love dr.bell and dr.turner

The new front desk staff is rude, period. Will nickel and dime you to death. This place used to be great, not anymore, I am taking my business elsewhere where I don't have to pay for unneeded services and won't get an attitude every time I question a high bill.

Highly recommend this vet service to anyone in the area! They are able to get you in quickly, truly seem to care about my dog, and are reasonably priced and very up front about the cost of services so there are no surprises. My dog got neutered here and had to stay the night, I was very nervous but they made it easy and were so professional. I will definitely be bringing my other dog here as well!

I have been bringing my little Brutus here since we moved to Fort Campbell. He is diabetic and I wanted someone who would treat him as well as I do, and they never have disappointed me. I even caught one of the techs baby-talking him when they didn't think I was listening. Recently he has a procedure for his teeth and they treated him (and my crying self) with nothing but compassion. Today is two days after his procedure and they called just to check on Bru and let me know if I had any further concerns to just call because they cared about him.

We would like to take the time to thank Dr. Turner, Dr. Bell, and the staff of Oak Grove Animal Hospital for caring for our dear Smirnoff Brown, an American Pitbull Terrier, who passed away from cancer. They were very informative and detailed in their care of her. She has had her care with them since we moved to Clarksville in 2006. She was our protector for the last 12 years and we know that she was given the best care ever. Until we meet again at the rainbow bridge.............

We have been bringing my cat to you since she was 8 weeks old. I brought my now 10 month old cat to get her nails trimmed and warned the vet tech that she would put up a fight as she has a bit of a diva personality and hates getting her nails trimmed. She laughed it off and less than 10 minutes later brought her back out and told me they only could get 3 paws leaving the front left one not trimmed. She then had the audacity to tell me I should declaw my cat. What kind of person who works with animals suggests something so inhumane? You clearly didn't try to gain my cats trust or have the patience to work with her to get all her nails trimmed. As I paid I then asked about boarding and another staff member gave me attitude about not being able to board my cat if she was like "that". I wasn't inquiring about it for the cat that was with me anyways. The poor attitude and judgement your staff had towards me and my pet prompted me to get her records sent over to another vet immediately.

I called Oak Grove Animal Hospital's on call vet on Wednesday night because my cat wasn't able to urinate. The on call vet answered and once I explained the problem, he started telling me it could get really expensive and we would have no idea what all was needed, so we could be looking at a lot of money. It was 11 pm at night, I knew that it would be expensive and I was willing to pay. I never even asked how much it would be. He also said he would just examine him that night and do any procedures in the morning, so if I was looking for a vet to be there with him all night, he wasn't it. I just got a really bad vibe from him and didn't feel comfortable with his approach to things. Thankfully I found a local emergency vet in Clarksville that was amazing, they took my cat in that night, checked on him through the night and he was able to go home the next evening.

Best vet I have ever taken any of my pets to! My dog, Foxy, was a rescue dog. We found her out in the country in the woods and no one claimed her. We brought her home and cleaned her up. She was malnutrition weighing at about 2 lbs (long haired chihuahua). She had ticks all over her body as well as thorns. She was also clearly abused and scared of ppl. We found her on a weekend so we took her to the vet when they opened on Monday. Dr. Bell did a thorough check on her as well as blood work. She also said Foxy was not microchipped so we decided to keep her. She has been with us for 2 years now and we continue to see Dr. Bell. She is great with Foxy and very patient and understanding of her timidness. About 7 months ago, Dr. Bell took an xray of her and found out she was born with a birth defect where her 1st and 2nd vertebrae on her neck are not connected. She also has seizures. She provides me with medication for pain I give her daily and medication to give for her seizures if they last more than 3 min. We love Dr. Bell and wont take our baby anywhere else!

The worst customer service I've ever had with a vet. I was watching my friends dog while she was out of town. The dog hurt itself in my backyard and I wanted to take it to Oak Grove animal hospital because they had been taking care of the dog for years. When I called, they were very rude on the phone , and refused to see the dog unless his owner brought him in. I explained that the owner could not bring him in and that I was paying for it and that the dog was a regular customer of theirs. I told them the owner could call them and talk about the treatment and anything else they wanted. They got even ruder with me and told me "do not come here with that dog". I took the dog to my vet, St. Bethlehem animal clinic, they had no trouble seeing him, took care of him, everything was all well. I would not recommend Oak Grove animal hospital to anybody, especially if you ever travel and expect them to take care of your pet while you are away. They won't!

As long as I am in Tennessee, I will always go out of my way to take my dogs to Oak Grove Animal Hospital in Kentucky. My one pup in particular has had some health issues since we rescued him at three months. The whole entire staff is absolutely amazing with him! He is completely head over heels in love with Dr. Bell and as soon as we roll into the parking lot he can't wait to get out and see all the lovely ladies at the front desk :) Oak Grove has had the most knowledgable and HONEST staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have never once been or felt like I am being over charged for things that are unnecessary to my dogs health. They are the perfect animal hospital for every budget. Thank you SO much Oak Grove!! I don't know how long we would survive without you guys ;)

Glad they were able to take care of us since they on post vet was booked. We did had to wait once we arrived, but we were able to address all of our concerns. My two dogs are now on medication, we will monitor their progress. Glad that they were so close to us, perhaps closer than the on post vet.

Dr. Turner was amazing and the staff as well. They worked my dog in for a same day appointment for his allergies. Dr. Turner was very detailed about the treatment options for my sweet boy who has been suffering for years with the same problem. Pricing was good for the services received. The staff were very welcoming and nice. I will return!

I usually take my dogs on post but when one of them started having seizures earlier this year they immediately got us in same day within hours of calling. After much discussion with the vet, many tears & a long goodbye I ended up having to put my beloved baby boy down that day. They were so kind & sympathetic (I even received a card in the mail later that week) I wouldn't hesitate to take my other dog there or recommend them.
