Being so far from my beloved vet from my own childhood, whom I still call for every pet need, I was so apprehensive to take my baby anywhere but Ohio, but that's not always an option since we're 6 plus hours from "home". I have nothing but praise and gratitude for our "new" vets at this home. They were wonderful with my big baby(English Mastiff) and my little one(Shih Tzu). When they called today to check on him today; that sealed the deal! I will take all my fur babies to them. I cannot praise Wills Animal Hospital enough for their incredible service to my pets. We had a horrible experience with our sweet cat at our precious vet's office. Our cat, Nala, randomly had some bad scabbed spots appear on her head. We took her into our previous vet's office where we paid $60 for some cream that should've taken the spots away. One week later, the spots had multiplied. We took Nala back in where the vet looked at her for literally 30 seconds and said "Put more cream on her. She's fine." We paid another $60 and took her back home. The following week her spots were still getting worse. After a co-worker's recommendation, we brought her to Wills Hospital hoping to finally get an answer. Dr. Wolfe did a thorough examination of Nala and found she had an extra permanent tooth growing that was causing pain and discomfort. Nala was scratching her scalp in order to get at the tooth. Dr. Wolfe removed the tooth, and our sweet Nala is now back to normal. I know this is a long review but I cannot thoroughly enough express my gratitude to Dr. Wolfe and the rest of the staff for caring enough to thoroughly treat Nala. We even received follow up calls after surgery just to see how Nala was doing. We will never go to another vet's office. Wills offers incredible service, incredibly clean facilities, and an incredible staff. If you're looking for a vet who isn't just interested in making money, Wills is the place to go!Read Less

Great veterinarians and staff. Only thing negative is that everything is a little expensive. That said, you really get value. They used to have a wait time problem but for the last year or so, they've not had us wait in the lobby for more than 5 minutes! With a big dog that wants to "greet" every dog that comes in, that is important! The faster you put me in a room, the less chances of my dog choking himself or fighting other animals. Okay this is still going to be tough as everyone knows we lost Lilly our baby girl dog. She was amazing. Misty and I are still trying very hard to get this behind us but it's tough. I want to give a very big thank to Wills animal hospital. They were absolutely amazing. End result not what we wanted but they were very kind and great with Lilly not just worried about money but was concerned for my dog. Very honest people. I can't say enough amazing things about the vets and staff at Wills!! Between my cats and dogs and all the foster dogs we take to them they have been top notch! Over the years we have taken our pets to Wills for medical emergencies as well as all their routine shots and wellness exams. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bruce and she was the great vet that finally got one of my dog's serious allergy issues under control. The vets and staff always take the extra time to explain to me what was going on, show me x-rays, go over test results , and then develop a care plan based around our budget and our dog's travel/work schedule. You can tell that every member of the Will's staff cares about all the animals that come in their door and I am so glad they take care of all my four legged family members! Read Less

My husband and I received a poor diagnosis for our dachshund Roxy. She was diagnosed with a herniated disc... and we were told she needed back surgery. After doing my own research, I found Dr. Hillary Henson. She took a look at Roxy and her X-Rays. She told me that she is not a surgery candidate. She is too mobile! She started chiropractic treatment immediately. We have been doing chiro treatments and medicine together.We will be weening her off the meds soon. I can't express to you what a blessing Dr. Henson is. When you speak with her, you know that she genuinely cares about you and your pet. I have not met a veterinarian like her in a very long time. Took our purebred pup there a couple of times. Didn't have any issues with the first visit got some shots, nails trimmed and bathed ran about 90 bucks. Had to take our puppy back for booster shots a month later. When my wife and kids arrived to pick up the puppy bill was 70.00 dollars she had 68.00 cash on her and they refused to give her our dog and let us come back and pay two dollars.After hearing this I promptly went and paid the same way I would have if they had given us our dog. I just don't trust this vet service anymore after holding our dog hostage for less than 10.00 dollars. I would recommend if you take your pet there don't be short a penny when it comes time to pick them up. Read Less
