I took my dog to Dr. Collett for more than 10 years and he always provided great service. Me and my dog were both fairly low maintenance, and they respected that, and were always up front about costs and options. And when my dog got very sick, they were very professional and compassionate. I would definitely recommend them.

I love this vet office!! Everyone there is so compassionate and truly care about your animal. I first brought my German shepherd here four years ago, she was 13. They diagnosed her with something, but it turned out not to be what it was, the vet said it could be a brain tumor, or anything. He helped me make the right decision, as hard as it was it was the right thing. They gave me as much time as I needed before the process was started, and I got to stay with her the whole time so the last face she saw was mine. They put her paw in a clay so I have an everlasting reminder of her paw print, and they even sent me a sympathy card.
Fast forward 4 years, I had to take my other dog in, he had ran into a tree branch, and got gouged pretty good. They stitched him up and he is fine....I wont go into to what he did to he stitches, but they even took care of that. they called to make sure he was okay, said they actually missed him at the office.
I will never go to any other vet office. These guys are awesome!!!

A few years ago I went with my girlfriend to get her pet checked out. While I was there, they brought out a little black kitten that they said they found in a tree outside. They named him sparky. Long story short, I adopted him. His name is Buddy now and he has been my best friend for almost five years now. This review is long overdue because Buddy and I have been traveling a lot. The staff is very friendly and professional. I just got back in town and I plan on taking Buddy up to the hospital for a visit. I hope that they remember him. Thank you Park hills animal hospital!

I have always been pleased with Park Hills. Today I saw the full depth of services that they provide. Dr. Buckley and her technical assistant were excellent. Knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I can't express enough gratitude towards Dr. Buckley , Dr. Collett and the staff at Park Hills Animal Hospital. I brought my 11yr old tabby Lizzie there for care while she was suffering from a very aggressive cancerous tumor. As she progressively got worse, I was in there weekly seeking advice and care to help manage her pain and other symptoms. They treated Lizzie like a part of their family. I could feel the love and see it in their hearts which is a beautiful thing. When it was time to let Lizzie go, Dr. Buckley and her assistant came to my house and helped me say good-bye in the most beautiful way possible. Lizzie died in my arms looking out on the trees, listening to the birds and peacefully in my arms. I recently adopted a little boy tabby named D'Artagnan and a little girl tabby named 'Guinevere that I can't wait to introduce to the staff. I feel secure knowing that my new little additions will always received the best of care from the Park Animals Hospital. I will never go to another vet after the 5 star care I received while dealing with the emotions of losing my precious girl.

My wife and I are senior citizens and have extensive experience with vets, as we've owned many pets. Dr. Collett and his staff are nothing short of incredible! Our 15 year-old cat fell ill and, even though heavily booked, the doctor worked her into his schedule the same morning we phoned. The level of professionalism and genuine concern displayed during every phase of our appointment was absolutely mind-boggling. Our "daughter" received a thorough examination and diagnostic evaluation, proper treatment, and understandable explanations were provided. We never felt rushed and always felt that we were in great hands. Scooter has recovered and is thriving again.

I am so happy to have found Park Hills Animal Hospital! I am new to Northern KY and it is so hard to find a vet, especially when you have a silly pup with mild fear aggression. My dog Alma came down with a fever on Friday. I called the Animal Hospital at around 5:20 -- 40 minutes before they close for the night -- and was told if I could get there quickly they'd be able to see Alma right away. The girl at the front desk was very friendly. I was shown into an exam room almost immediately.Dr. Collett has very calm energy, which is perfect for my pup, who tends to get growly with strangers. I was in and out within a half hour. I expected the bill to be pretty hefty, considering Alma had bloodwork done, was hydrated intravenously, and given a shot for nausea, but when I saw my total I was surprised. Very fair.Someone called me first thing the next morning to check in on Alma, who was thankfully doing much better. I came back in four days later to get a prescription for a yeast infection in one of Alma's ears and Dr. Collett examined her again and cleaned her ears without charging me for a second office visit.Seriously. I will sleep better knowing that this place is down the street.

I love this vet office!! Everyone there is so compassionate and truly care about your animal. I first brought my German shepherd here four years ago, she was 13. They diagnosed her with something, but it turned out not to be what it was, the vet said it could be a brain tumor, or anything. He helped me make the right decision, as hard as it was it was the right thing. They gave me as much time as I needed before the process was started, and I got to stay with her the whole time so the last face she saw was mine. A few years ago I went with my girlfriend to get her pet checked out. While I was there, they brought out a little black kitten that they said they found in a tree outside. They named him sparky. Long story short, I adopted him. His name is Buddy now and he has been my best friend for almost five years now. This review is long overdue because Buddy and I have been traveling a lot. I can't express enough gratitude towards Dr. Buckley , Dr. Collett and the staff at Park Hills Animal Hospital. I brought my 11yr old tabby Lizzie there for care while she was suffering from a very aggressive cancerous tumor. As she progressively got worse, I was in there weekly seeking advice and care to help manage her pain and other symptoms. They treated Lizzie like a part of their family. I could feel the love and see it in their hearts which is a beautiful thing. When it was time to let Lizzie go, Dr. Buckley and her assistant came to my house and helped me say good-bye in the most beautiful way possible. Lizzie died in my arms looking out on the trees, listening to the birds and peacefully in my arms. My wife and I are senior citizens and have extensive experience with vets, as we've owned many pets. Dr. Collett and his staff are nothing short of incredible! Our 15 year-old cat fell ill and, even though heavily booked, the doctor worked her into his schedule the same morning we phoned. The level of professionalism and genuine concern displayed during every phase of our appointment was absolutely mind-boggling. Our "daughter" received a thorough examination and diagnostic evaluation, proper treatment, and understandable explanations were provided. I am so happy to have found Park Hills Animal Hospital! I am new to Northern KY and it is so hard to find a vet, especially when you have a silly pup with mild fear aggression.
