I've been coming here since they took over from the old Radcliff Vet Clinic. The prices are very similar to E-Town vet clinic's, so it's very affordable and my personal opinion I feel like my pets get better care for the same price, plus I Live 5 minutes away from the clinic. What I also like about the vets and techs here is that they don't talk to me like I'm stupid. I've gone to school for animal medicine and volunteer with a no kill animal shelter. When I brought in my cat Autumn, I knew she had some type of cold but it wasn't in her lungs (yes I know how to listen with my own stethoscope). Normally when I have gone to e town and I've mentioned what I think is wrong I've been spoken down to. It's nice to come here, and not be treated like I don't know anything. They even gave me enough antibiotics in case our other cat started showing symptoms. Bottom line if you want superb vet care at an affordable price, then put your pet's health in the hands of Bluegrass Animal Care Center. Read Less

I have been a cat owner for a very long time, but only recently have I gotten the standard of care that my cats have always deserved. This clinic is incredibly helpful, patient if you have a million and 1 questions (like I do), and are VERY reasonably priced! I drive all the way to my folks house in Kentucky (6 hours) and schedule visits with this vet rather than going to ANYONE near where I live (in TN). The office in Brandenburg is fantastic too! These guys are great. Dr. Williams is super nice. My dog had surgery on a torn ligament in his knee and is now back to running around on all 4 legs instead of 3. The staff was considerate of his pain level during his recovery. His surgery required that he have some check-up appointments as he recovered and those were all included in the cost of the surgery. I've been taking my little puppy there since she was 10 weeks and she is now 16 weeks. She walks in wagging her tail and gets greeted with love and kisses from Lori. She has been awesome. She answers any questions I have and is very patient with me. Her and the doctor have taken all the time I need which is a lot being that I'm an over protective dog owner, lol.
