The examination is based on unique criteria such as posture, the clarity of the eyes and ears, skin and hydration, walking patterns and temperament around people or other animals. Low appetite and mild coughing are general signs that need to be looked at in context and well-observed by pet parents, especially if multiple animals are present. Dr. Brown is great!!! We were referred to her & we have already been referring friends to give her a try! Our sweet Dog was attacked by either coyotes (very close to our home) or a big dog. We were away from home a couple days & came home to find him in TERRIBLE shape! The smell was death upon him. He had so many punctures wounds & so much fur & skin missing. The kids were so upset!! We immediately knew we had to get him help! Dr. Brown was very professional in handling him despite what we thought was going to be the outcome. Several days of vet care & then we brought him home. The love & continued care & meds have saved our Rascal!! He is doing so well now & we are no longer worried! He doesn't much care to be inside.. But that's part of his healing process for awhile!:)) Read Less

Dr Chambers and his staff are so wonderful! My wiener dog Ethan had to have surgery after swallowing a doll's hand and he saved his life. I will never go to another vet while they are in business.
