Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We were seen shortly after we got there with no wait. I definitely recommend this place. Cost we're resonable.

I've always taken my "kids" here, and was always happy with the care and caring. Love Dr Way & Donna, especially. However, I can no longer give 5 stars. Things have changed there, and not for the good. I had/have a very sick dog, and was refused an appointment for at least 4 days. They used to see them the day of illness, not now. This was the final straw. The dog has multiple problems, and if we waited, she would be dead.

Way is from the pearl group from east louisville....so money is a factor. come to find out, they squeeze a little money from tests before the diagnosis before overpricing for an operation. don't believe me, do a simple 'three doctor opinion' search. they're not that good. but good luck. maybe they got better since Dr. Kressin.

Cleo had a visit with Dr. Way yesterday. She has such a great way with all 3 of our dogs. Staff are always great. So glad we have found this practice.

I've always taken my "kids" here, and was always happy with the care and caring. Love Dr Way & Donna, especially. However, I can no longer give 5 stars. Things have changed there, and not for the good. I had/have a very sick dog, and was refused an appointment for at least 4 days. They used to see them the day of illness, not now.
