Had taken my dogs to this clinic for their yearly routine examination as well as vaccinations. Two weeks later, I noticed a large mass on the bottom of my dogs foot that was ulcerated and bleeding. I contacted the clinic to have her seen and was told it would be a couple of weeks, that they were "just overwhelmed". I explained that my dog had just been seen in the last 2 weeks and was very concerned that this mass was not even seen during her "routine examination". They were not helpful and would not budge on allowing me to see or speak to the vet. I told them I would come up to retrieve my dogs records and take her elsewhere. I arrived at the veterinary clinic shortly thereafter to find that there was not a car in the parking lot and no one in the waiting room. I find their concern for our animals to be less than optimal! I later found out that the mass was a malignant melanoma as well as another lesion on her body that the vet told me was "nothing to be worried about". She now has less than four months to live.
