It also advocates for responsible pet ownership and community involvement, making it much more than just a clinic. Crossroads Clinic in Versailles embodies the household calendar dynamic, enabling Kentucky households to steadily and systematically respond to their pets’ veterinary care needs all the way from symptoms to health. An initial consultation involves talking generally about what changes and what remains the same in the pet’s life and its role within the family. Medical evaluations assess the physical condition, oral health, respiratory rate, skin and joint elasticity as well as any posture or behavior changes. Veterinarians examine several factors like itching, disinterest in toys, slower movement, and appetite changes to determine which aspects of initial care are more important. Crossroads Veterinary Clinic offers vaccinations, diagnostics, and disease-focused allergy support, along with skin treatments, senior-planning dental evaluations, and breed-specific risk assessments. Implement the treatment program during busy months or when pets are most active. Seasonality housing setup diet trends and social interactions are the main focus on the well-being of pets living with children and senior animals in the same household. Care plans evolve from the pet’s needs and family logistics while adjusting to behavior cues, medication effects, and energy variances over time. Frequent check-ins ensure that recommendations are implemented and reveal previously overlooked indicators while providing owners with clear strategies for business management, eliminating guesswork. Crossroads Veterinary Clinic helps families create adaptive care routines to ensure confidence through every stage of their pets’ lives by responding to the needs early and consistently.

Want to show my appreciation to Dr. Keith and Crossroads Veterinary Clinic for their compassionate treatment of Aiko. Aiko had been sick for several months. We took him to another vet a few times where they did blood work, x-rays, and checked stool samples but everything came back OK. On our first visit with Dr. Keith he did the 'right' tests. Within days (even with the power outage) he gave us a diagnosis of cancer and explained that cancer is not always found via bloodwork.. Unfortunately it was too late for Aiko by then, but the way Dr. Keith treated us, and Aiko, with such compassion really touched our hearts. From now on I will take my pets to Dr. Keith only. Dr. Keith is a combination of the definitions "Professional", "Caring", "Funny", "Knowledgeable", and "Dedicated". His office is a bit of a drive but I wouldn't imagine taking my dogs anywhere else. I've worked in vet offices and never have I experienced such professionalism in such a loving environment with him and his staff. They are all so sweet and friendly. He is VERY affordable. I had a few quotes done for my dog who is a small long haired chihuahua mix, all other places for a dental was over $450 (without the tooth extraction that was needed), with Crossroads EVERYTHING was less than $300. Dr. Keith explained EVERYTHING and did an AMAZING job on my dogs dental. He is clearly in this business to save lives. I work down the street from him (I live about 30 min away) and I ALWAYS recommend him to everyone. His office is very sterile, spacious, and is very welcoming. I will never take my dogs anywhere else, there is no place I trust more than Dr. Keith and his staff. Thank you all for being so wonderful! Read Less

My husband and I live in Lexington and commute to Versailles to this clinic because of Dr. Keith. He is a long-time family veterinarian and I can't say enough wonderful things. He cares for your pet, but he cares for you equally as much. He doesn't request unnecessary exploratory tests like we've run into with several other clinics and animal hospitals. Most of the time, he can tell us what's wrong before he ever examines our dog (sometimes even over the phone). He's not alarmed by much of anything, which helps calm us when we're worried about our pet. He's knowledgeable, comforting, down to earth and cognizant of your wallet as well. I would recommend him over anyone. Read Less
