Having been here before, when we had a need to have 3 cats fixed, we obviously chose them again. One cat refused to be caught, I firmly believe he can smell the IDEA of doctors and runs for the hills. We took the other two in, and came home. With much grief, one of them passed away under anesthesia, and after all attempts were made to revive her, we were called immediately. Although it was obviously very saddening, we do sign the release forms for a reason, and surgery of any kind remains dangerous. But the staff couldn't have been more understanding, and helpful in pointing in the right direction to do what we could. Today was yet another tough day, because we brought our little girl home finally, but I was reminded that this place was absolutely compassionate, helpful, and informed. Read Less
