About 5 weeks ago my my little baby, Loki , was attacked by another much bigger dog. We had let him out to go use the bathroom and he came home and was whimpering at the door, my son started screaming that something was wrong! Loki had blood all over him,his eye was filled with blood and he had a hole in his side! So I picked him up and flew to Waco Animal Hospital. I laid him on the table and Dr Martin was checking him out, I expected to hear there was nothing he could do, then Loki wagged his little tail. Well I think that just stole his heart because what he did to save Loki's life was a miracle! Loki had a collapsed lung, 3 broken ribs and a lot of other stuff wrong with him. Dr. Martin of course had to perform sugery, reinflate his lung and sew him up where the muscles were gone.Dr Martin is a wonderful vet and a great person with a huge heart! We recently bought a puppy from a breeder that we needed checked out. Even though the office was about to close, Dr. Martin took his time to look over our new guy. He never rushed through his very thorough exam. He took the time to explain to us what he was doing and why he was doing it. He gave us very precise instructions on what to do. Don't care about the animals, they only care about how much money they can get from you. If you don't have a lot of money they will send you home with a sick pet, they dont care. I wrote a bad review on their fb page and they messaged me from their personal account telling me I was wrong. I deleted the review because i didnt want the drama and they never even said, oh hey, well thanks for deleting that so no one see's we are just money hungry and dont actually care about the pets, i blocked them and now here i am writing this, do not go to this "vet" they will charge you so much for so little and not even care if your animal leaves in better condition or not Read Less

I have been going to Dr. Martin since he first opened. He has took care of all my furchildren. The staff of Waco have saved several who have found themselves in accidents or sick. The best animal clinic. Love the Vet and love his staff. Friendly and most concerned for the health of your pet! They go out of their way to make sure your pet is taken care of. BEWARE BEWARE NO GOOD STAY AWAY my 10 week old puppy died in ear trim surgery because they were in a hurry and took him off the oxygen too soon...they scheduled his surgery on the wrong day and we should have taken him home instead of letting them fit him in..we still cry when we think of this little guy. they offered us no compensation or anything we were out 1800.00 I cant beleive they did this to him its been almost 6 months now but my advice to everyone is stay away they are out for the money only they dont care about your pet just just the money. now these people have opened another place to so they can make more money the surgine should have stayed retired instead of doing this to people and there pets they put on a good show but that is it.
