Dr. Ron and his staff are wonderful. They have worked our pets into their busy schedules many times on very short notice, and always happy to do so. We met Dr. Ron when he worked at the pet emergency hospital, where he saved our beloved Akitas life. We're so thankful for everything he has done. Prices have been very reasonable. Everyone in the office is friendly, and seems to really love what they do and whom they do it for. Happy to be a loyal client and even happier for our cherished animal family! Read Less

I was charged $62 for a follow up appointment for my dog after paying $197 four days prior. I was not informed of this and when I stated that I would not return and it was a rip off the staff was very rude. Gretchen lied and stated that I threw an ink pen at her, which was totally not true. And as I was walking to my vehicle with both my dogs in my hands, the doctor stormed out of the office charging me yelling and screaming with his hands in my face. I asked him to stay away from me but he continued to approach me knowing I could not defend myself with 2 dogs. I would not recommend this clinic, the staff is dishonest and becomes very angry and aggressive when you do not agree with their practices.Read Less

I wouldn't recommend this vet to my worst enemy. I no longer have a pet, my best friend, because of this place. In June of 2011, I boarded my pug, Butch, here for a 6 day vacation i was taking. On the last day of my vacation I recieve a phone call saying that my dog was found dead after a healthy check up and there was a bad storm with a power outage that resulted in high temperatures in the facility. During the phone call there was no mention of a bill or any expense to me. Three months later I recieve a bill for services rendered for $310.50. Overwhelemed, I called the Hospital asking if this was an oversite, and was rudely informed that it wasn't, and that if there is a person who dies in a hospital isn't there a bill. Well people aren't brought to the hospital if they are healthy. I would never recommend this place to anyone and hope that this may help you when looking for a vet. Read Less
