I have been using Dr Hewlett-Packard for over 20 years ! He saved a dog of mine that had been shot during the night. Most recently they extended care to Booda who was in my opinion on her death bed. I highly recommend this place to anyone who asks me who we use now! Last Monday our sweet girl came back to our house in terrible condition after being hit by a car. We didn't know what we were going to do until a friend brought us here. They saved her life, didn't ask for any money up front, and have checked into every concern we've had since her surgery. They are very over priced and cant tell you whats wrong with your dog!!! I took my dog in because was sick, they had me leave her the day for an iv and when went to get her they gave me a bill for $411 and when ask what was wrong with her they said she had an infection. Duh, we knew that already. they left the iv in just capped it of and said we had to bring her back the next day for more iv. Took her back they gave her another iv (?) and went to pick her up got another $67 and when asked what was wrong with her they could only say she had an infection. Again Duh we knew that...... I wish Doctor Hewlett would have looked at her because he would have told us what was wrong!!! Were looking for another vet to expensive and cant tell you whats wrong with your dog. Read Less

Extremely dissatisfied. The past 2 times we've used Benton Animal Hospital to kennel our dogs has not been a good experience. From blankets missing, to not feeding the food that we brought for our dogs. When we addressed our concerns we were told "we're not a luxury kennel". Although, it's not a "luxury kennel", which we obviously know that, our basic request weren't met and then excuses were made. It's better to just be honest with a customer! Although, on the last visit we were issued a refund, it doesn't address the lack of consistency and quality care for pets. Read Less

Dr Susan and her staff took the best care of our senior dog "Bruce". He had to have surgery to remove a lymphoma. They gave him extra love and kept me up to date on his procedure! Lol I called a lot! Best vet ever! Would not go anywhere else!! Special thanks to Gina and Ginger ! Read Less

This vet & staff really seem to care about our animals and want the very best for them. They are usually quick & thorough, and I never have to wait long for an appointment. The only slight downside would be the building - it is old and not well taken care of... but that is a small price to pay for the service that my pets recieve. Read Less
