Benton Road Animal Health Clinic is a great veterinarian! The vet and all of the staff are friendly and professional. They take great care of my dog and he loves going to see them. He actually gets excited when we pull into the parking lot. On a couple of occasions I've been able to take him in the same day that I called for an appointment. Had a great experience here today taking my dog Lillie for the first time. Everyone we came in contact with in the office was very nice and helpful. Dr Squires was very good with Lillie and even got down on the floor with her and our Vet Tech Jessica. She spent time really explaining everything to us and answered all of our questions (and we had plenty). We did not feel rushed at all. I was recently referred to take my 5 week old puppy, Padmé to this Vet Clinic. We had our first appt today and I could not be any more pleased! Anyone that has pets knows that you need to have a reliable veterinarian just in case your pet gets sick. Now I for example  have 2 cats that getting quite a bit of trouble and sometimes one of them ends up getting hurt. I have to take him somewhere and I know that they will really really take care of my cats here so this is where I like to bring them. I always get treated like I'm the number one customer and I never feel like I'm getting second-rate service. My cats are always very very happy and extremely healthy thanks to them and their great service and regard to the cost it's very very low and they work with you for payments. Our kitten was very sick and our regular vet couldn't fit him into the schedule. On a friends suggestions I called this vet and they encouraged me to bring in my boy ASAP.  They were very kind and compassionate and the doctor knew exactly how to get my kitty healthy again. Yall I've never felt better about having to take my kitty in. She's a very old cat about 17 and as a very concerned momma I voiced these to the Doctor. I also told her I had a budget of 100 she was a to only give the shots a senior I door kitty needed and the blood work she needed based off of her looks. I payed 108 for the whole visit. 8 dollars over my budget was doable. Bonus was the Doctor herself called with the blood test results.. my baby got an A+. We will be moving our 6 other cats and 3 dogs to her as needed!! Read Less

Fantastic place to take your cats for health care! My Mom uses them for all of our 5 cats. Dr. Squires and her staff are very professional and genuinely care about your pet and your budget..it's not cheap to care for 5 animals! Dr. Squires offers a variety of treatment options to fit all budgets. They stayed to wait on my Dad during their lunch time...we had found a small kitten in our yard that had been attacked by another animal and it needed urgent care....they insisted that we bring her right away and they would wait on their lunch time! Now, that's caring about the animal above all else! The kitten had an abscess from the attack that needed surgery, intestinal parasites, and flea anemia (severely underweight). I only wish we lived close enough to use Benton Road Animal Health Clinic for our regular visits! I had a good feeling when we walked in the door and my Sugar did not want to run out the door, by far the best clinic I have taken my dog to! they made her feel comfortable and not scared, Dr Squires and her staff are phonominal! yes! they are that good! they have a genuine care for the animals, I traveled 137 miles round trip to have her look at my dog and it was well worth the trip! Just a little tid bit, I have a chihuahua that normally shakes half her fur off while in the vets office, I can honestly say she did not shake, which told me, my puppy dog was happy to be there, she trusted the people in this office, we will be back and I will highly recommend Dr Squires and her staff to everyone I know, I honestly can not say enough good about this place! :)Read Less

Very pleased about this visit! I was recommended to see Dr. Squires by multiple people after moving here and needing a vet and she did not disappoint! First off, ALL the staff are fantastic-receptionist is very friendly, easy to make an appointment and I felt very welcome from the start. The vet tech was also very welcoming and attentive to our problems today and Dr. Squires was efficient but addressed all of my concerns, gave me lots of information to go home with and again made me and my cresteds feel special. I have been searching for a local vet all year after moving to the area. The others weren't horrible but just not seeming really interested and not terribly friendly staff. This clinic is just the opposite. Really kind and caring staff and the Dr. was so helpful with my dog. When I let her know that I am trying to work within my budget she suggested I purchase a couple of my meds at Walmart rather than the more costly options she had available in her clinic. She will be my new vet from now on for all of my pets and I recommend the clinic to anyone searching for a place to bring their pets. Read Less
