North Airline Animal Hospital

Bossier City, Louisiana
General Info
Pet owners across Bossier City know they can rely on the expertise and friendly atmosphere offered at North Airline Animal Hospital. North Airline Animal Hospital crafts a patient-based healthcare approach for Bossier City families, ensuring Louisiana pet owners obtain transparency during their pets’ medical procedures. The initial sessions are primarily about environmental adaptation, allowing the animal to familiarize itself with the sounds and lighting of the room. Upon entry, veterinarians track the animal’s behavior by watching its gait patterns and social responses. They also look into hesitation zones, note breath rhythm, and analyze tactile reactivity. Physical health check-ups through examination measure aspects such as coat condition together with hydration status and gum coloration while also checking limb function and joint sensitivity alongside abdominal firmness and muscle stability. Owner observations complete the intake picture – changes in appetite, grooming habits, interaction and vocalization are a few things that may direct the next steps. North Airline Animal Hospital offers structured services that include lab panels, dental procedures, surgical prep and recovery, age-adjusted diagnostics, and preventative wellness mapping. Thorough explanations of each service experience are provided while multi-visit plans have visual tools to track the pet’s progress. We would help our clients interpret body language behaviors on their pets at home to identify behaviors that communicate that the animal is ready or resisting reintegration, which makes recovery at home easy. Behavioral milestones, rather than calendar dates, determine when subsequent mapping visits will need to occur. Owners should pay attention to changes in sleep patterns, the amount of eye contact, surface preferences, and mobility levels each time they check back in. This ensures that decision-making is smooth and self-assured. North Airline Animal Hospital establishes a clinical partnership with pet families across Bossier City and wider Louisiana that focuses on knowledge patience and visibility to ensure care becomes an active collaboration from the very first day. Some of the popular services offered at the facility include surgery, anesthesiology, equine care, cold laser therapy, oncology and grooming. They also offer acupuncture, ultrasound, behavioral counseling and puppy and kitten care. Whether it is a basic health plan or something complicated, North Airline Animal Hospital gives pet owners confidence through transparency and high standards of service. The team is always growing and actively serving the community to ensure that all pets in Bossier City and the greater United States have access to top-quality care.

Horrible, our cat had a severe negative reaction to the antibiotic he was administered for an abscess tooth and died the following night. We called and left a message that night (on their after hours number) to ask what we could do about his breathing difficulties but never received a call back. No sympathy or care expressed by returning our call to know about his condition. Nice folks so long as your pet is alive and in the clinic. We should of asked about the side effects associated with the antibiotic shot and most likely would of taken another treatment method. Horrible service and uncaring people - if you want to avoid greediness and disappointment, do not take your pet here. I am highly disappointed with the service I recorded at this hospital. They valued money more than the life of my own pet, who is an irreplaceable member of our family. When my dog grew very ill and needed stomach surgery, they would not operate unless I had half the cost of the surgery and they were completely unwilling to work with me. I sought out a second opinion on the cost of the surgery and found much better service elsewhere at half the cost. Thankfully, my dog is healthy now which is the most important thing, but I will NEVER seek out their services again. Read Less

We arrived here a year ago with two new puppies. Within three days of our arrival, one of our puppies was sick. I brought both to North Airline Animal Hospital and, unfortunately, the sick one died. The veterinarian was so incredibly sweet about the whole thing, despite my complete breakdown. Even though we decided not to pay for an autopsy, she performed one anyway to try to figure out what happened to our Freckles. We've continued to go there with our Skittles and they are so very loving and awesome with her -- always treating her like one of their own. Though a new vet office opened very close to our house, I will continue to take Skittles to NAAH. If you're looking for a veterinarian, I can't say enough about this one. Read Less

When I moved to Bossier City, my friend highly recommended NAAH. We lived down the street so it was very convenient. About a year later we decided to buy a house in Haughton and were contemplating seeing a vet closer to Haughton but we decided to stay with NAAH. I'm glad we stayed even though the drive was further. The staff is the friendliest group of people ever. We used their boarding quite often. Our dog, Koa, being very skiddish of people would run right up to the techs at this hospital.
