7 year customer. I've never had a bill of $1200 until now, after my new puppy got Parvo. I'm not dissatisfied with the vet treatment, I'm dissatisfied with everything else. Extenuating circumstances depleted my emergency funds a bit more than expected, and asked for an extra 4 days to finish paying the 360 remaining. Was told that we needed to give Dr. Ritter a gun, the title to our home or car, jewelry, etc because under no circumstance do they take payment arrangements. I understand this policy, however, at some point, there needs to be some level of customer service. I've never been treated so poorly, especially at a place that I've trusted to treat my pet family for 7 years. If anyone has any vet suggestions, let me know, because I refuse to give business to someone who hides behind a policy that he's implemented to forsake a customer of nearly a decade. Read Less
