I can't say enough on how living and caring Dr. Lambert is. He has a heart of gold for your baby. He is very reasonable and will work with you. The staff are wonderful also.. They care for your baby.They don't over charge,they are the cheapest around and really love your baby And so kind to you the owner I've been going there for 6 yrs.or more.. Also if he can't do something he will tell you instead of pretending he knows and does something else to just bill you.. That isn't his style.. I've been there on different occasions and he didnt charge me cause he couldnt help. Like I said he has a heart of gold... If you are looking for a great bet and in your price range go see him. If I could give them 100 stars I would!! Dr. Lambert is an amazing human being! If you're looking for someone who truly cares for your pets just as much as you do then this is the place for you. He goes out of his way to make sure your pet is healthy and well and doesn't ask for a penny in return. My puppy had a bad reaction to her first vaccines he told me to bring her in I did and he gave her medicine. He said if you have any problems with her bring her back. I took her the next day just to be sure she was okay they took me in in a heartbeat. I asked him how much? He said Oh no nothing at all I'm not here to take your money I truly care for my animals. And that he does. I had an emergency with my puppy she didn't want to eat. The day before he gave me his wife's phone number just in case something was wrong with my pup. This happened on a sunday and they're closed. I called the number he gave me and he called me back within 15 min and said come in I'll see your pup. We got there and he made sure she was okay he fed her and she was just not ready for hard food. He gave us really good advice about what to give her. We are just so happy we found him. Dr. Lambert and his staff are very courteous, compassionate and knowledgeable. I've taken my dogs there for about 15 years, perhaps longer. His prices are very reasonable, arguably the least expensive in the area. My major complaint is that, on a very regular basis, you have to wait FOREVER to be seen. The shortest time period I've waited is about 1-1/2 hours. The longest time period was over 3 hours to be seen. The waiting room is very small, with about 4 or 5 chairs, with room for only small animals. If you have the time to wait and your animal is patient, then Doc is the guy for you. Read Less

Beware. The staff is not friendly. The facilities seem poorly maintained. I went on recommendation of family. The price seemed reasonable at first. I took 2 dogs. My services included vaccinations and 3 trips for toenails growing wrong way. Fast forward- one dog was not doing good and inches from death. I could tell she was suffering and it concerned me deeply so I brought her in. The doctor claimed he could save her though my doubts were near impossible. It was near closing time so he said he would "pump her with fluids and opiates to see if he could save her" at no charge. Valiant effort, however, he refuses to see that she was minutes from death. He called 3 hours later saying the "dog passed away". Next, I got a bill for $130 for disposal. His office staff charged me for euthanization and disposal. I called to try to straighten it out and get a fair price for disposal only because the doctor stated "passed away" neglecting to tell me he put her down. I was more than willing to pay the 50$ for disposal, however, when I called, the secretary was not helpful at all and, as usual, seemed completely lost. She put him on the phone 5 minutes later and he immediately went into tirade mode accusing me of "calling him a thief" then hung up on me. I called back because I didn't want a 130$ vet bill dinging my credit. I asked for an updated bill reflecting a lower price I could pay. The secretary put him on the phone again and he said "don't worry about it! Don't ever come back here again!" So, my dog dies, I want to pay a fair price and he treats me like manure. Stay away from this place.Update: 8-25-14/ I am still receiving a bill for full amount. I will most likely pay it to avoid any further confrontation. Read Less
