Great place with friendly staff. Love their new location. They all handle my pets with care. They're not open on Saturdays but they do have a drop-off program that works really well. Drop your pet off...
Great place with friendly staff. Love their new location. They all handle my pets with care. They're not open on Saturdays but they do have a drop-off program that works really well. Drop your pet off in the morning and pick up in the evening. They'll work them in between appointments. Definitely recommend.

Boarded my dog here for 4 days! She was perfectly fine when we brought her. We asked them to bathe her and clip her nails as well. When we went to pick her up she was not bathed not clipped, they said...
Boarded my dog here for 4 days! She was perfectly fine when we brought her. We asked them to bathe her and clip her nails as well. When we went to pick her up she was not bathed not clipped, they said we never asked which was a LIE!! Then my dad looked on her backside and there was poop smeared all in her fur. We proceed to take her home where she has constant diarrhea, we have to bathe her multiple times. Today it has been 48 hourse since we have picked her up and she is still having constant diarrhea and has thrown up a few times. I dont know what they did to her in there but she will never go there again and I suggest all of you to do the same.

They made this traumatic occasion a little less painful by being so caring and understanding. We can't thank them enough for that. We will continue to take all of our other puppies to them. I am not a pet owner. I am a pet momma. Dr. LeBlanc and her staff is simply the best. I will never be able to thank them for everything they have done for me and my babies. They know how to talk to me about my worries and concerns. I have a vet clinic two minutes from my house and yet I drive almost thirty minutes and fight traffic for Dr. LeBlanc and her girls. My babies love her and her staff. That means the world to me. Everyone says its important to love your doctor. Well I say its important to love your vet and it goes without saying that I love RAH. The compassion they have and kindness they show is something no other doctor, staff or clinic will ever be able to compete with. Simply put, Rivertown Animal Hospital, Dr. LeBlanc and her staff is amazing!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this clinic. Dr. Leblanc is so amazing, patient and knowledgeable. The staff is equally amazing even when I'm stressed because my dog won't sit to get his nails cut she made me feel ok about it and to not worry. Even sitting on the floor with him feeding him peanut butter to gain his trust.

Dr.LeBlanc and her vet assistant Soraya are such an amazing team. Words cannot describe how satisfied I am with how they treated my little pup but I will do my best. Her hospital is privately owned and is located in a plaza strip in a suite. The waiting room is small however, the exam rooms are pretty spacious as it gave a lot of room for my dog to comfortably roam and relax without feeling claustrophobic. In the room consists of : two chairs, a metal exam table, peanut butter, nice doggy art work, and her medical supply station. When I first walked in, I was greeted warmly with a smile and was escorted to the exam room then was given some paperwork to fill out as it was my first time. Soraya came in 10 minutes later to collect the paperwork and then got to know my dog along with calming him down. It was very nice to see her actually sit down on the floor, give him belly rubs, talk to him and just make him feel comfortable before Dr. LeBlanc came in. I really appreciate that she establish trust before she did anything first. They even provided my dog water as they noticed he was getting thirsty. Dr. LeBlanc is very knowledgable and was able to explain things very thoroughly to me from the procedures, precautions and medications instructions. The way she handle my dog along with how she worked so well with her assistant made me felt so comfortable. My dog is very difficult when people get near his face and I love how Dr. LeBlanc and Soraya remain patient and calmed throughout the whole thing along with figuring out other alternatives to get my dog to cooperate. I genuinely feel like she really cared about my dog and they were very thorough with the physical exam as well. Even though Dr. LeBlanc and Soraya was serious about the exam they were very fun and easy to talk to as they would talk to my dog as well. I would really recommend any pet owner to bring their pets here because this is by far the best place I have ever been to. I drove 45 minutes, just so I can take my dog to a place that would give excellent quality and affordable care/service. I will surely come back for my follow up check up and for my dog's yearly check up as well. NOTE: They offer drop off and pick up for your pets for your convenience. Their last appointment time is at 6pm. They do not have a public bathroom.

Her hospital is privately owned and is located in a plaza strip in a suite. The waiting room is small however, the exam rooms are pretty spacious as it gave a lot of room for my dog to comfortably roam and relax without feeling claustrophobic. In the room consists of : two chairs, a metal exam table, peanut butter, nice doggy art work, and her medical supply station. When I first walked in, I was greeted warmly with a smile and was escorted to the exam room then was given some paperwork to fill out as it was my first time. Soraya came in 10 minutes later to collect the paperwork and then got to know my dog along with calming him down. It was very nice to see her actually sit down on the floor, give him belly rubs, talk to him and just make him feel comfortable before Dr. LeBlanc came in. I really appreciate that she establish trust before she did anything first. They even provided my dog water as they noticed he was getting thirsty. Dr. LeBlanc is very knowledgable and was able to explain things very thoroughly to me from the procedures, precautions and medications instructions. The way she handle my dog along with how she worked so well with her assistant made me felt so comfortable. My dog is very difficult when people get near his face and I love how Dr. LeBlanc and Soraya remain patient and calmed throughout the whole thing along with figuring out other alternatives to get my dog to cooperate. I genuinely feel like she really cared about my dog and they were very thorough with the physical exam as well. Even though Dr. LeBlanc and Soraya was serious about the exam they were very fun and easy to talk to as they would talk to my dog as well. I would really recommend any pet owner to bring their pets here because this is by far the best place I have ever been to. I drove 45 minutes, just so I can take my dog to a place that would give excellent quality and affordable care/service. I will surely come back for my follow up check up and for my dog's yearly check up as well. NOTE: They offer drop off and pick up for your pets for your convenience. Their last appointment time is at 6pm. They do not have a public bathroom.

I have brought stray and rescue animals to RAH, and the care was better than anyplace I've been. I will be bringing my own pets to Dr. LeBlanc. They are so carrying and compassionate!
