Very poor service, make payment changes after customer has already been quoted prices and paid for services. This has happened each time I use this pet care facility, it is very poor inappropriate business practice and a very negative way to establish good customer relationship. Very disheartened and disappointed that a good customer has experienced such a negative practice.

Very poor service, make payment changes after customer has already been quoted prices and paid for services. This has happened each time I use this pet care facility, it is very poor inappropriate business practice and a very negative way to establish good customer relationship.
