My Bella has been a patient there since 2010 and I have always been satisfied with my visits and how she is treated. Dr. Albriton is fun and professional. He tells you about your dog’s breed and has a very particular way of communicating with pets. He calls them down. We moved to Dallas for almost a year and came back and we are just going back to him for Bella’s shots this summer. - very satisfied - Elinor

Although the lady at the front desk was super polite, the elderly male doctor spoke to me in a very condescending way. I asked if the parvovirus shot was something you had to get separately or if it was in the shot she had just received and he preceded to ask, “do you know what parvo is?” I answered no. Immediately after he asked “Why would you ask me about it?” (I was very concerned, as any person whose had a pet die from parvo WOULD be) And no, he never explained what parvo was either, but did inform me that it was in the shot she had just received, only after making me feel stupid, of course. And that’s not even all of what was said during that god awful appointment. Please don’t go here. I’ve never encountered someone so unprofessional.

GREAT CARE FOR PETS! - I've used them for years for all my animals; 3 cats and a dog who subsequently thinks it's a cat too. It is a warm, friendly, family run business with the care and comfort of your respective animal at it's core. All the staff are friendly and knowegeable but not above saying "I'm not sure. Let's ask the Doctor when he comes in."
Credibility goes a long way with me.
