Fantastic! I have been with Dr O'Halloran and staff for over two decades. I would never ever ever take my pets anywhere else. Jazzy Ariana and Dr Wilson... Kim AWESOME! Oh I miss you Dr. Pooley xoxo.

Smells a decent amount, they sometimes forget to write down your appointment time in their books, routinely make you wait 30+ minutes (mostly past your scheduled appointment time) in the treatment roo...
Smells a decent amount, they sometimes forget to write down your appointment time in their books, routinely make you wait 30+ minutes (mostly past your scheduled appointment time) in the treatment room, often with 0 other people/appointments in the office... whyyyy. If you can’t make a schedule, don’t keep one. Positive: staff seems knowledgeable and care seems to be adequate.

They have the best doctor's and employees in the world. They not only take care of the animals, they take care of the people as well. Love, love, love them. I just recently had to put my baby boy down...
They have the best doctor's and employees in the world. They not only take care of the animals, they take care of the people as well. Love, love, love them. I just recently had to put my baby boy down and they supported me to no end. They have always been supportive, very kind. No matter what the situation was Aurora family was there.

I love this vet! I have an old furchild with lots of issues and all of the staff is so patient, caring & understanding. And the after-hours clinic saved my dogs life - and love the groomer that works ...
I love this vet! I have an old furchild with lots of issues and all of the staff is so patient, caring & understanding. And the after-hours clinic saved my dogs life - and love the groomer that works there too!

I love this vet clinic. My loco is just that crazy. And the staff are so helpful with him. I have used many vet clinic on the westbank. No one has been as understanding as Aurora. For that I will neve...
I love this vet clinic. My loco is just that crazy. And the staff are so helpful with him. I have used many vet clinic on the westbank. No one has been as understanding as Aurora. For that I will never take him anywhere else. Unfortunately I've had to use their emergency clinic. I have to say they are amazing there too. Their staff are all compassionate, and patient to no end. They are truly gifted. Please if your tired of searching for a great vet. Stop! You've found them. You will not be sorry.

Dr. O'Halloran and staff were wonderful to my dog, Hannah. She was a patient at Aurora for the last 5 years. They were caring and concerned about Hannah, and helped me make a very difficult decision about her health when she went into kidney failure. The staff at Aurora really do care about you and your pets.

We love this vet office. After having to go through cancer treatment and eventual loss with our dog the vets and staff sent a sympathy card. The vet actually remembered our surviving dog's name and ...
We love this vet office. After having to go through cancer treatment and eventual loss with our dog the vets and staff sent a sympathy card. The vet actually remembered our surviving dog's name and asked about her when we saw her out of the office. We are on a tight budget and, after explaining that to the vet, she has been wonderful to work with and gives us different options with prices for each. I personally wouldn't send my child to the cheapest dr in town nor would I take my dog to the cheapest vet. You do get what you pay for. I would send everyone I know here.
