Wow. No bow-wow. It does not get any better than this. We moved to town and had this vet recommended: best we've ever had. Our Wheaten Terrier puppy was recently spayed here and she healed flawlessly: imperceptible surgery closure. She was back to normal within a day! The Doc is very kind, really understands the animal. The facility is amply staffed with caring and well-trained technicians. Efficient. Fees are completely reasonable. Very enthusiastic about this place.

I have nothing negative to say! A clean facility, a professional and unusually helpful and competent staff, and customer service above and beyond expectations - all are found within this source of excellent veterinary service. I have friends that come from the other side of the city to bring their pets here. Unnecessary services and vaccinations are not pushed, and Dr. Matt is only attentive and full of care for his patients. Cannot recommend highly enough. The costs of treatment are quite competitive and fair.

Love love love Hickory Knoll! Dr Eric is compassionate, kind, funny, personable and you can tell loves his job. He has always taken the time to play with the dogs before examining them, and treats them as if they were his own. We have been bringing our pets here for about 15 years and I'm sure will always do so, even if we were to move from the area. Can't say if prices are competitive since it is the only Vet clinic we have used, but others say they are. Nothing but good things to say about Hickory Knoll!

Hickory Knolls is the best. Literally the best. My dogs are patients of Dr. Matt Jacocks and I'm not sure who loves him more... Me or my dogs!Dr. Matt is kind, compassionate, knowledgable, and an all around great veterinarian. I have been taking my dogs to him for over 10 years. I can't imagine going anywhere but Hickory Knolls. They have other vets too, which I have used when Dr. Matt was unavailable and they too are great, we just stick with Dr. Matt because we have used him forever.They are easy to get to, they are at the end of Earhart. Their prices are competitive, which is always fantastic. And I need to say that the entire staff is amazing!!! They are quick to fit you in if your animal has a problem. They call you to check on your animals! They are so friendly and warm. My dogs actually enjoy going to the vet!Go there, you'll be happy you did.

Found this vet through greytalk, a forum for greyhound owners. Dr. Eric was wonderful with both our greyz. He took time to talk to me, esp. since we were new, got down on the dogs' level to examine them. The dogs were totally at ease and so was I. They got treats, which they loved! They didn't push things on you that you didn't want either. It was the most pleasant vet experience I've ever had. Prices reasonable too! You can tell they really care about the animals here.

Just a great place to bring your pet(s). We found this place by luck/accident when we needed to get our beagle neutered. They performed the "fix" perfectly, and then they called us the next day at home just to see how he was doing. We were sold at that point. Dr. Matt Jacocks is wonderful, very good with the animals and knows & loves his job. Sadly, we moved out of the area a couple of years ago, so distance is now a problem. We miss Hickory Knoll. (luckily, we've found a great vet in our new surroundings)

I have nothing negative to say! A clean facility, a professional and unusually helpful and competent staff, and customer service above and beyond expectations - all are found within this source of excellent veterinary service. He took time to talk to me, esp. since we were new, got down on the dogs' level to examine them. The dogs were totally at ease and so was I. They got treats, which they loved! Just a great place to bring your pet(s). We found this place by luck/accident when we needed to get our beagle neutered. They performed the "fix" perfectly, and then they called us the next day at home just to see how he was doing. We were sold at that point. Dr. Matt Jacocks is wonderful, very good with the animals and knows & loves his job. Sadly, we moved out of the area a couple of years ago, so distance is now a problem. We miss Hickory Knoll. (luckily, we've found a great vet in our new surroundings)

We've been taking our dogs here for years, and Dr. Matt Jacocks, is great witht he animals, knows his stuff, and loves his work.
