I had a pet that couldn't urinate and I was frantic, so I grabbed my fur-baby and brought him here. At first, the receptionist gave me these outrages prices (I'm sure it was for "worse case scenario"), and my heart stopped. I was very very VERY low on funds and I didn't know what I was going to do to help my baby. She very kind and suggested that they do an exam first and see what the issue was before proceeding any further. The cost of the exam, although still reasonable, was still out of my price range. She also suggested that once we knew what was wrong, I should take him to a "low cost vet". How nice of her! You don't hear that often coming from a clinic. At this point, I started to cry. I just couldn't let my baby suffer and die! The receptionist was so kind, patient, and worked with me while we figured out the finances. I was so embarrassed that I don't make a lot of money as a Caregiver and that they had to deal with a crying Mommy, but they helped my baby and the vet, himself, Dr. Siggle (?) and his assistant, were so kind and helpful. Yes they aren't "low cost" but they care and that, to me, is worth more than anything I'll have to pay. I will be back here (hopefully not under another emergency) for my pet care. They were amazing and I couldn't thank them enough for all that they did for my baby and me. Read Less
