Great place to board your cats! Have a large aquarium in cat area so they can watch the fish as well as a floor to ceiling window with bird feeders outside of it so they can watch the birds. Awesome is all I can say!!! He is so Sincere, compassionate & never in a hurry to get you out of the door. I tend to ask lots of questions & he actually sits down & answers every question I ask. Today was our first day taking our fur child Tucks to the vet in close to 2 years. The staff was extremely helpful about suggesting what to have done, and didn't recommend anything we didn't need. Their prices are extremely affordable and they even sent Tucks home with a new cat toy that he hasn't stopped playing with since. Overall our experience was 5/5, and we know where he will be boarding if we ever need him to stay overnight somewhere! They made Tucks feel very welcomed by writing his name on a little dry erase board when we walked into the room. We definitely found ourselves a new vet home, I would highly recommend this place! The best customer service in Lafayette. The doctor is the best he explains everything you need to know about taking care of your pet. They have a great boarding camp. The staff sends you email when they board. They also have a daycare where your dog can spend the day playing outside. They also do great dental work on your dog they give you a before and after picture. They also take X-rays of your dog's teeth. As soon as they opened, we began bringing our dogs there. From the beginning they have been very personal and caring, loving each of our dogs just as we do. What took them to the top was actually when we lost one of our dogs, and a few days afterwards, Dr. Mike personally delivered a teddy bear with some of our dog's hair in it, as well as a personal card with condolences. I love the service and the people at Animal Care Hospital. (My last Vet had her people hold my dog in a towel when she had to do any work.) At Animal Care Hospital, the assistants know how to hold my dog without restraining him and he behaves very nicely. My kitties - 3 of them - love the attention they get also, and don't mind the shots. Neither does my dog. We are all happy with Animal Care Hospital and the 4-leggers highly recommend Dr. Guidry and the services they receive. Animal Care Hospital is also a full service pet place.
