Allow the staff is friendly. Beware they do not honor their estimates. We went in for a visit and yearly shots and pre op bloodwork. They gave us an estimate with 2 number ranges for one if we wanted ...
Allow the staff is friendly. Beware they do not honor their estimates. We went in for a visit and yearly shots and pre op bloodwork. They gave us an estimate with 2 number ranges for one if we wanted to send the mass off for testing and one if we didn't. The morning of the surgery the estimate was over $100 higher than we were told. They would not honor their original estimate. I was looking for a vet closer to me that we could remain with. I guess I will have to keep looking as we are on a fixed income and although if they had quoted us the right price there would have been no problem. They said I don't know who quoted you that price, but this is the price. How do you not keep records of quotes.

He saw my Pheasants today.
The staff were professional & friendly. They were all ready, willing and able to help me (and my birds) out. Believe me - It is challenging to find a local/Lafayette vet who will welcome the opportunity to help exotic/poultry type birds. I am SO GLAD I called Dr. Broussard's office. Even though he didn't have extensive experience treating the type of birds I have , he was humble, honest and took the time to observe and learn, along with me, the best treatment option: for my pheasants.

Dr. Scott is a really friendly vet. My first experience with him was today and it was hard but he was really kind and patient. He answered all of our questions and treated my best friend's dog with compassion. He came out to the house right around an hour after we called for an urgent situation. I would definitely call him again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Dr. Scott for helping Voodoo today. You were just the kind of Dr they needed to care for him.

The staff were professional & friendly. They were all ready, willing and able to help me (and my birds) out. Believe me - It is challenging to find a local/Lafayette vet who will welcome the opportunity to help exotic/poultry type birds. I am SO GLAD I called Dr. Broussard's office. Dr. Scott is a really friendly vet. My first experience with him was today and it was hard but he was really kind and patient.
