I called because my lab had a cracked nail and had exposed tissue. I needed to have it cut off because it was clearly painful for her and she was limping and I couldn’t do it myself. They wanted to charge me $95.00 for an initial examination of the nail, on top of additional services. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. Such a lost opportunity to earn a new customer.

I love this vet. My cat is 18 years old and not doing well. Dr. Marullo is so kind and gentle with her and with me. She's bent over backwards to try to figure out what's wrong with my old girl and figuring out what medications are best for palliative care. Their boarding is also fantastic.

Had just moved to Lafayette. Marley had needed to see a vet asap. They fit her in immediately. The front desk staff were so sweet to her. Her appointment was fantastic. The doctor was thorough and really informative. In short, Marley had a fantastic experience and she wasn't overwhelmed or scared.

I have been with Broussard vet for over 20 years. I would not change for the world.
The care and love they have shown for my babies over the years is unbeatable. Even as the time comes for them to cross the rainbow bridge, they help you through and understand even better than family.
Having such caring vets and staff has help us through so much over these years.

Dr. Broussard is the best vet around! Killer sense of humor and always puts you at ease when he speaks with you. I have two dogs and a cat and they always get the best care! The staff is super frie...
Dr. Broussard is the best vet around! Killer sense of humor and always puts you at ease when he speaks with you. I have two dogs and a cat and they always get the best care! The staff is super friendly and they show genuine concern when something is wrong with your pet. Proper guidance is always given upon leaving and there is always a follow up call to check up on your pet after the appt. They send out friendly reminder cards and give you a call, so you never miss an appt.

I love this place but better yet is my DOGS love this place! They always give the girls lots of attention and they eat it up. Dr Broussard and Dr Marullo are both very competent and I trust them to do and say what is right for Lily and Lena. And we've had other dogs in our lives that have seen both docs - same thing. Lots of attention and good advice. They will be our vets as long as we're here.

Dr. Broussard is the most well professional, christian vet I have ever met. Very truthful and will tell you straight up what the pet needs then gives you options on which way to go about it. I would not recommend anyone to go anywhere else but this vet clinic. It is the best in Louisiana!!!

I was very impressed with there service from the first visit. vets are very knowledgeable, and all the assistants are very helpful as well. My son found a young black lab we brought in to have checked out and they gave her all the necessary vaccines and rabies shot. Then one day while walking the dog the original owners saw the dog and we were able to return her to her home. Very nice story , but my son is heartbroken. Of course we are now looking to buy a puppy Lab this may (waiting for litter to be born). Once we get this puppy home we are definitely going to be bringing him here!

I recently lost a dear animal. He was given special care at Broussard Veterinary Clinic. I had to have him quarantined a year and half ago, and they took wonderful care of him as they let me visit with him every day. He died last week, and they helped me get him ready to bring to LSU to do an autopsy. They went above and beyond. They treated him and all my animals like they were their own. They always got the best care, and when my beloved cat passed away, they sent me the most beautiful sympathy card. They did all they could to ease my pain with tremendous compassion. God Bless all of them at the clinic. They are simply the best. Losing my cat still hurts, but knowing they are there to comfort me and take care of my other two cats make me glad they are around.

I called because my lab had a cracked nail and had exposed tissue. I needed to have it cut off because it was clearly painful for her and she was limping and I couldn’t do it myself. I recently lost a dear animal. He was given special care at Broussard Veterinary Clinic. I had to have him quarantined a year and half ago, and they took wonderful care of him as they let me visit with him every day.
