I’ve been a pet-patient parent of LaPlace Veterinary Hospital for over 13 years under the old and new regime. Dr. Martin is such a delightful and concerned vet. She really cares, believes in the most holistic-nature health care for your pet, and is extremely diagnostic. She takes her time, you don’t at all feel rushed and most importantly she’s willing to ‘hug’ a distressed pet-parent as often as possible!!!! I love and highly recommend my Vet, she’s the best!!!

Plenty of well lite vehicle parking. Easy access from parking lot into building. This is a small animal veterinary office. They also have over-night kenneling. The facility is very clean, with friendly staff, who are knowledgeable and love small animals.

Very compassionate staff. Took the time to contact a previous Vet to make sure they wouldn't do redundant tests to avoid over charging me. Explained everything they were going to do in great detail, including offering different options with prices before performing them. They answered all questions that I had and I couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else. I will definitely continue to stay with this clinic.

Highly recommended. The staff is friendly, kind, efficient, compassionate, caring and knowledgeable.
Thank you for providing care to my family for 14 years, and for being there during the most difficult times in our life, as well as the not so difficult times. I will always be greatful for the services provided for my lovely paws who have passed on as well as those who are still here.

Excellent care is what you find here. Absolutely top notch. Hercules the Boxer has traveled over 100,000 miles in a motorcycle sidecar and appeared in the documentary about sidecar dogs Sit Stay Ride. At ten years old, he needed some heart medication to keep doing what he loves.

Our 12 yr. old Schnauzer has had skin allergies and until the staff at La Place Veterinary took over her care, we were trying any and everything to resolve her issues. Nothing worked. Dr. Martin detected the problem and Bella is doing 100% better! Dr. Martin and her staff give you and your pet their total attention. You can tell that they care about what they do.

Very compassionate staff. Took the time to contact a previous Vet to make sure they wouldn't do redundant tests to avoid over charging me. Explained everything they were going to do in great detail, including offering different options with prices before performing them. They answered all questions that I had and I couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else. I will definitely continue to stay with this clinic.
