Dr. Bill and Dr. Leslie were there the entire step of the way. The staff are always very warm and enduring when any pets come in. Will never go anywhere else!

Both Dr. Bill and Dr. Leslie have been more than awesome over the years that we have used them. I have referred several of my friends there and they have also received excellent service. My only wish is that they don't retire anytime soon.

They treat your fur babies like they'd treat their own! Dr Bill makes a point to continuously call and check up on Cooper, which to us, means the world!!

Dr Bill is awesome. I came here after my cat started peeing blood (he has past urinary tract issues). But Dr Bill explained what was going on with my baby in terms that I understood perfectly, no vet has ever taken the time to do that. He also made me feel okay after I was totally embarrassed since my nervous cat peed all over him. However, I'm not a fan of some of the techs they have at the front desk. Whenever I come in to pick up my cat's prescription food they seem very bothered to be helping me. I always feel like they're trying to rush me out of the door even though they're not busy. Dr Bill gets five stars but his staff would get three. So I'm going in the middle and giving this hospital an overall four.

On Thurs 2 July 2015, while I was not home, my dear sweet 10 year old cat was attacked on our property in our garage by 2 Pitt Bull rescues on the loose. (They live with Don Fraser at 103 Crapemyrtle Drive in Covington.) My neighbor witnessed the incident and brought sweet Patches to this hospital because this is where she obtains veterinary care for her pets. Patches was dead on arrival.
Since this incident, the Animal Care Hospital front desk staff and the attending veterinarian, Dr. Lori Rist, have been very helpful in working with me on securing documentation and even answering my questions about my cat's death. Dr. Rist is working with animal control officers, too, in order to hold accountable the owner of these Pit Bulls. My "only" disappointment with this vet clinic is re: payment and a simple request I made:
A. I asked the clinic to take photos of my cat for Animal Services and the clerk's initial response was, "We can't." I asked, "Why not," and she responded, "We've already wrapped her up & have her in refrigeration" Are you kidding me? That's your response? Aren't you animal people...or People people? Don't you want justice? Whose side are you on: yours? Were you inconvenienced by this request? What am I paying you for?
B. I gave the front desk clerk specific information about payment. I gave her my contact information and told her if the owner of the Pit Bulls did not pay the bill as he had promised, to call me and I'd pay the $301 bill over the phone with my credit card. Instead, they allowed my 80 year old grandfather to pay it against my explicit wishes. WTF? I didn't make phone calls and provide documentation in order to waste anyone's time, especially my own. I will be contacting the BBB & the owner.
When I called the front desk to inquire why they allowed this to happen, instead of explaining their reasoning, they actually told me "Well, now you can pay your grandfather back." That involves writing a check, which, right now, is harder than just paying by credit card. (I just paid for a cat to have PU surgery on the June 30th @ a different vet hosp. I'm really strapped for cash right now as you can imagine.) This is not stellar business practice or customer service. I won't be returning to this clinic for any reason once I pick up documents for Animal Services. And I won't recommend them to anyone either.

We've been using Animal Care Hospital for about a year. We have an older pit who has started developing various health problems in her older age. The service we've received from Dr. Bill and his staff has always been above and beyond what anyone can reasonably expect. From boarding to vet visits, we couldn't be happier. Their services are not only thorough but also affordable. I especially like the fact they call a few days after her visits to check up on her. I highly recommend them.

We boarded our dog here for 2 nights on a coast to coast road trip. The staff was very nice and extremely informative. There were no hidden surprises. Our dog loves to be with us and when she's not she typically doesn't eat. However, she ate every meal and when we picked her up she was very happy. You could tell the staff did an amazing job giving her lots of love. We had her bathed & nails trimmed upon arrival and once again the did a terrific job! On top of all the love, kindness, & professionalism the prices are extremely reasonable.

I am VERY partial to Dr. Bill. We moved to this vet about 23 years ago - after having a much less than positive experience with another local vet for about a year. He is one of the kindest people - whether towards people or animals. I have never felt anything was unecessarily done for the animals and when we had to let one of them "go", he was compassionate and walked us through that decision. He follows up on care, when that is appropriate and he could teach lessons to lots of different walks of life on basic kindness and respect. Although when I board my animals I honestly wish they could just go home with him, I do feel like they get love and aren't angry and frustrated with me when I pick them up after being kenneled at the facility. The facility is clean too.

Animal Care Hospital has been caring for our herd since 2004. Recently we had to put one of our cats down. I struggled mightily with the decision, and frankly, am still second-guessing myself. Dr. Lindsay wrote the most amazing sympathy card.
They understand and care about our pets. Why anyone would even consider another clinic is beyond my comprehension. I wished my primary physicians were as sympathetic, caring, and proactive as the staff at Animal Care. My remaining pets will live long, productive lives thanks to these wonderful people. Thank you!

Switched to Dr. Beth a few months ago when I wasn't happy with my long term previous vet. She took wonderful care of my cats and dogs. She prepared me for the near future with my oldest dog in such a graceful way. Well, 4 months later my dog passed. Everyone was so caring and thoughtful and treated me like I was the only person who had ever lost a pet. Then I received a paw print from my dog on a card with a wonderful saying a few days later. I lost it. I cant recommend any more highly. Thank you guys.

Animal Care is a great vet, and a great place to board your pet. We decided to wait until the last minute to get reservations at our regular place and they were sold out.We called our vet and they told us they had one spot left. Having never used their boarding service, we were a little worried how our dog would do. When I dropped him off, the staff was super friendly and showed genuine concern for his well being.We paid extra to have him bathed before pick up, and when we got him he was happy and clean.I highly recommend this Vet and especially the boarding facilities.

Dr Bill and Dr Leslie are the sweetest people you could ever meet. We just moved to this area and were looking for a vet to treat our heart worm positive rescue dog, and were referred to this office. They treat your fur babies like they'd treat their own! Dr Bill makes a point to continuously call and check up on Cooper, which to us, means the world!!

Dr Bill is awesome. I came here after my cat started peeing blood (he has past urinary tract issues). But Dr Bill explained what was going on with my baby in terms that I understood perfectly, no vet has ever taken the time to do that. He also made me feel okay after I was totally embarrassed since my nervous cat peed all over him. However, I'm not a fan of some of the techs they have at the front desk. Whenever I come in to pick up my cat's prescription food they seem very bothered to be helping me. I always feel like they're trying to rush me out of the door even though they're not busy. Dr Bill gets five stars but his staff would get three. So I'm going in the middle and giving this hospital an overall four.

On Thurs 2 July 2015, while I was not home, my dear sweet 10 year old cat was attacked on our property in our garage by 2 Pitt Bull rescues on the loose. (They live with Don Fraser at 103 Crapemyrtle Drive in Covington.) My neighbor witnessed the incident and brought sweet Patches to this hospital because this is where she obtains veterinary care for her pets. Patches was dead on arrival.
Since this incident, the Animal Care Hospital front desk staff and the attending veterinarian, Dr. Lori Rist, have been very helpful in working with me on securing documentation and even answering my questions about my cat's death. Dr. Rist is working with animal control officers, too, in order to hold accountable the owner of these Pit Bulls. My "only" disappointment with this vet clinic is re: payment and a simple request I made:
A. I asked the clinic to take photos of my cat for Animal Services and the clerk's initial response was, "We can't." I asked, "Why not," and she responded, "We've already wrapped her up & have her in refrigeration" Are you kidding me? That's your response? Aren't you animal people...or People people? Don't you want justice? Whose side are you on: yours? Were you inconvenienced by this request? What am I paying you for?
B. I gave the front desk clerk specific information about payment. I gave her my contact information and told her if the owner of the Pit Bulls did not pay the bill as he had promised, to call me and I'd pay the $301 bill over the phone with my credit card. Instead, they allowed my 80 year old grandfather to pay it against my explicit wishes. WTF? I didn't make phone calls and provide documentation in order to waste anyone's time, especially my own. I will be contacting the BBB & the owner.
When I called the front desk to inquire why they allowed this to happen, instead of explaining their reasoning, they actually told me "Well, now you can pay your grandfather back." That involves writing a check, which, right now, is harder than just paying by credit card. (I just paid for a cat to have PU surgery on the June 30th @ a different vet hosp. I'm really strapped for cash right now as you can imagine.) This is not stellar business practice or customer service. I won't be returning to this clinic for any reason once I pick up documents for Animal Services. And I won't recommend them to anyone either.

We've been using Animal Care Hospital for about a year. We have an older pit who has started developing various health problems in her older age. The service we've received from Dr. Bill and his staff has always been above and beyond what anyone can reasonably expect. From boarding to vet visits, we couldn't be happier. Their services are not only thorough but also affordable. I especially like the fact they call a few days after her visits to check up on her. I highly recommend them.

We boarded our dog here for 2 nights on a coast to coast road trip. The staff was very nice and extremely informative. There were no hidden surprises. Our dog loves to be with us and when she's not she typically doesn't eat. However, she ate every meal and when we picked her up she was very happy. You could tell the staff did an amazing job giving her lots of love. We had her bathed & nails trimmed upon arrival and once again the did a terrific job! On top of all the love, kindness, & professionalism the prices are extremely reasonable.

I am VERY partial to Dr. Bill. We moved to this vet about 23 years ago - after having a much less than positive experience with another local vet for about a year. He is one of the kindest people - whether towards people or animals. I have never felt anything was unecessarily done for the animals and when we had to let one of them "go", he was compassionate and walked us through that decision. He follows up on care, when that is appropriate and he could teach lessons to lots of different walks of life on basic kindness and respect. Although when I board my animals I honestly wish they could just go home with him, I do feel like they get love and aren't angry and frustrated with me when I pick them up after being kenneled at the facility. The facility is clean too.

Animal Care Hospital has been caring for our herd since 2004. Recently we had to put one of our cats down. I struggled mightily with the decision, and frankly, am still second-guessing myself. Dr. Lindsay wrote the most amazing sympathy card.
They understand and care about our pets. Why anyone would even consider another clinic is beyond my comprehension. I wished my primary physicians were as sympathetic, caring, and proactive as the staff at Animal Care. My remaining pets will live long, productive lives thanks to these wonderful people. Thank you!

Switched to Dr. Beth a few months ago when I wasn't happy with my long term previous vet. She took wonderful care of my cats and dogs. She prepared me for the near future with my oldest dog in such a graceful way. Well, 4 months later my dog passed. Everyone was so caring and thoughtful and treated me like I was the only person who had ever lost a pet. Then I received a paw print from my dog on a card with a wonderful saying a few days later. Animal Care is a great vet, and a great place to board your pet. We decided to wait until the last minute to get reservations at our regular place and they were sold out.We called our vet and they told us they had one spot left. Having never used their boarding service, we were a little worried how our dog would do. When I dropped him off, the staff was super friendly and showed genuine concern for his well being.We paid extra to have him bathed before pick up, and when we got him he was happy and clean.I highly recommend this Vet and especially the boarding facilities.
