Dr. Robichaux has been my Veterinarian since he opened his practice on the Loreauville Rd in the little trailer. I have had numerous pets though the years that Dr. Robichaux has always taken excellent care. He is a very caring and patience person with my pets and with my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Robichaux and his great staff. Rusty and Brodie love Brooke for her extra hugs and attention!! When we would lose one of our pets he and his staff have been sympathetic to the whole family which we found very touching and kind. Dr. Robichaux has seen us through 6 dogs and 8 cats since 1999. He is a great Vet. and a fantastic person. His staff are very knowledgable and friendly. Appointments are usually same day and wait time is almost always under 10 minutes. Donna and I wouldn't even think of trusting our pets to anyone else..... unless Dr. Robichaux died. Experience was decent. However during a move I lost one of my dog's rabies shot information. The office wanted to charge me 8.50$ for a copy of the paper information. That's almost half the cost of the shot for a piece of paper!!! Definitely will not ever take another pet there again. Read Less

Great vet. The staff is very friendly and are always concerned and helpful if your pets have any problems. I was very worried about my dog having something seriously wrong with her because she was sick all weekend and was dry heaving. I left a voicemail Sunday night and they called me first thing Monday morning. They told me that Dr. Robicheaux had a surgery in the morning, but I could bring her in at 10am. Then they called me right back and said that I could bring her in right away and he would start a treatment on her, I was so thankful. Dr. Robichaux is not our regular vet however when our pup broke his leg on a weekend, the animal hospital answering service forwarded him our call. He came in within 30 min and was able to fix him up. When our pup chewed his cast a little and his skin got infection on the very next weekend, he did the same again. He was very nice, his staff were also very nice and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone in the New Iberia area. Read Less
