I took my yorkie (Scooter) to the clinic located on Esplanade AVE to get groomed and the groomer Susan did a horrible job, his coat was very uneven and his ears was very choppy when i complained to the receptionist she made several phone calls and gave me a 14 dollar credit(despite the fact that i told her i had to take him to another groomer to have him cut again) She did offer that i leave him there and the groomer that messed up his cut would "try" to fix it. I dropped him off at 9:00 am and they finished at 2:00pm so i was unwilling to leave him for another 5 hours. That is like going to a salon and having your hair dresser mess up your hair and then offer to cut it again?? R u kidding me! If you do go to this Pet Care Clinic i wouldn't advise having Susan groom your dog unless you want it to look like you did it yourself! I did take him once before and another groomer that doesn't work there any more did a fabulous job. As far as Pet Care Clinic if you want return customers your policy should stand behind your groomer. If the groomer you hire messes up you should give a full refund and not a partial, let alone store credit. I will be back to use my credit and after that i will no longer use Pet Care Clinic. Thank god I wasn't trusting this Clinic to do any major surgeries.Read Less
