So the clinic is a little dirty, I will agree with the previous poster. It could use some cosmetic work but really, when people are bringing animals through the door all day every day, it's bound to get grimy... I would (and have) trusted Dr. Phil Waguespack with my animals' lives on a couple of occasions. We have two dogs, one since she was 6 months old and she's 4 now, one since he was a puppy, and he's a year and a half. They've been seen by the clinic since we got them. Our older dog Corey has gotten into messes before with fences and she's always been taken well care of. When we were on our destination wedding/honeymoon, we had left our dog at home under the care of a dog-sitter, and our poor dog immediately ate something toxic (toad? garlic? who knows) and the dog sitter ended up taking her to Dr. Phil and that's where she stayed for 12 days until we got back (think of me on my wedding day, about to get hair and makeup done, on the phone with Dr. Phil, hearing that my dog might not live until I get home.....worst/best day ever). Long story short, he did EVERYTHING in his power to keep my baby alive and even though she was emaciated from whatever illness struck her, she was wagging her tail when we finally got back. Our other dog Colton decided to swim before he had the skills and aspirated water into his lungs recently. Of course on a Sunday we had an emergency vet visit, but Siegen Lane Animal Clinic took Colt that Monday and kept him overnight to keep an eye on him. He was fine but it was nice to not worry. Their boarding services are reasonable, the vet visit prices are about the same as anywhere else, obtaining an appointment is easy, and the love the techs and Dr. Phil have for animals is so apparent.
