I brought my dog for a grooming. People were very friendly but I didn't get what I wanted. I know my dog is young and doesn't like taking baths or being brushed. My dog was shaved and not groomed like I requested. They should advertise that they aren't professional groomers they are just techs that do this on the side. Will never be bringing my dog back and feel like I shouldn't have had to pay full price either.

I once had only great things to say about The Spay Spa. However, that all changed yesterday. Me and my mom found 2 pure bred pups on Sunday. They weren't in the best shape and could have possibly been hit. So we did the right thing and picked them up. We called the Spay Spa to have the dogs scanned for microchips on Monday. To our shock, these two beautiful pups had no microchips. So we of course wanted to keep them. We scheduled an appointment for yesterday to hav them microchipped and updated on shots. My brother even came with me to get his dog microchipped. Well the moment we get out of the car. We are attacked by the apparent owners of one of the pups. I was called a thief and questioned about why I stole their and their neighbors dogs. At this moment I am in total shock and a million things r rushing through my mind. "Are these people the real owner?" "How did they know I would be here at this time?" "Why are they accusing me of stealing and not thanking me for saving their pup from possibly being hit by a passing car?" It was one huge ball of drama that should have never happened in the first place. The cops were called out because, to me, these peoples' stories weren't adding up. Yes they had pics of the pup. However, they claim she had been missing since Monday. We picked them up on Sunday morning. So now more thoughts are crossing my mind. "Do these people really care about her?" And still I'm wondering, "How did they know I would be here at this time?" Well as this ball of drama continues, I find out one of the workers, Paula, called the owners and told them when their dog would be there, but did not call us and let us know the owners had been found. Where was Paula while all this is happening? Well that's a good question. She had already left because apparently her balls weren't big enough to stay around for the fight SHE caused. I am not upset that the owners were found. I am upset that an employee there caused a world of hurt on me and my family. I wasn't even allowed to say goodbye to the two pups I had been caring for for the past 6 days. So Paula, thank you for that. As long as this inconsiderate b*tch Paula is working there. We will no longer take our business there.

Great prices for getting your pets utd on everything and fixing them, but they don't schedule your appointment details when you call, you circle everything you want done your animal on a sheet when you bring them in, so bring you list! I thought the receptionist wrote down the details when you call, but all she does is schedule. Nice people, so just be aware.
