I took a work interview with them for a vet tech position. I was told that I would be paid for my time. (8 1/2 hours) Before I left that day, I was told that they would give me a call the next day about the interview. They never called. It took me multiple attempts to get in touch with them. After 2 1/2 weeks, I got the office manager and asked about my payment. She them proceeds to tell me that they "don't pay for work interviews." I literally can't do a thing because I didn't document anything.Watch out for these scam artists. This business is very unprofessional. -Daniel Read Less

I realize I haven't taken time to really complete a review but I mentioned this place speaking of Family Dollar which is next door but across the street. I genuinely like Dr Brookings because I started visiting her while I'm high school student with the first dog. I got my first German Shepherd for my birthday.  At any rate; that's how long we've been around... since 1995 and she would work with me when I was teen paying with my allowance. To pay her, I would go on a payment plan and I really appreciate that because number one: not everyone takes the kids seriously that's one but number two you can tell she genuinely loves the animals and it's not so much about the money because she knows you'll do what you want to do. She would accept or my parents would give her a post-dated check out of my account and it always worked out.  As soon as my mother started taking her dogs in; once I left the house, I will admit she was really thoughtful as she would check in and even ask about me. She would also explain different things really well. She was very patient. She never rushed my mother and my father. Anywhoo, check it out. I mean we've got 20 years of loyal patronage. Read Less
