I am glad I have the specialist for cats there at this fine clinic. They make their love for animals very apparent. The staff works tirelessly to make both me and Caesar, my cat, comfortable with their attentiveness. When I have met a new veteranarian the first time, I watch carefully to see a demonstration of the vet's love for pets come through in their interaction with my pets. These people love animals. One can tell by the endearing way that they hold the animals and the response from the animals to the way the vet is handling them. Caesar likes them and trusts them. When he had been infected with some kind of virus that had settled in and swelled his cheeks, they had to puncture a tiny hole under his chin to release the pressure from the fluid that was causing his struggle to breath. When Caesar felt the release of the pressure he looked up and sighed, so completely was his pain and fear dissolved. After that experience, Caesar bonded with me so urgently, letting me know his gratitude was forever. The moral of the story is that the leadership of this clinic is so dedicated that that dedication flows all the way through down to the emotional and spiritual level through the staff members to the relationship between the pets and their families. That seems to me that Grace fills the heart of the clinic, and nothing is more powerful than that. Read Less
