Great service and friendly staff!!!! While visiting my family from out of town (Alabama), my baby needed medical attention. They were very professional. They communicated with my veterinarian back home and was able to conduct the procedure he needed with no hiccups. I appreciate this facility because they made me feel good for listening to me about the concerns I was having about my baby. Thank you again for your service.

My dog, Scooter, was hit by a car. She received prompt and efficient analysis of her injuries and had suffered a broken pelvis. Because of her age, surgery was not an option. However, with medication, she is now making a great recovery. The staff at North Shreveport Animal Hospital are excellent and caring.

The vets and staff here are very caring for humans as well as animals! They understand that our pets are part of our family and treat them as such-I had to board my new little chihuahua puppy for a long weekend shortly after I got her and I found out she stayed in a staff member's pocket while she was there, going everywhere with her and bonding. I don't think we will have many problems getting her to the vet because of this staff member and the time and affection she showed my puppy. This animal hospital is pretty far from my house but I still go there because of the people and their affection for all animals. Their prices and hours are also very reasonable and fit into my budget.

All the staff at Bay Road are wonderful. Holly and Anna always recognize me and make every visit a pleasure!
Dr. Smith is the best vet I have ever had take care of my pets. I have been in Sarasota for 38 years and always refer my friends.
Before going to Bay Road my experiences were less than satisfactory.
I am grateful that I was referred here by my friend, Karin.

What a great animal hospital this is! The vets are caring, very knowledgeable, and treat my ferrets as if they were members of their own family. The staff there are friendly and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable. And they also have a store that sells everything you need to keep your pet happy. Everything from food and bedding to toys and treats. Although there are other vets much closer to where I live, I gladly drive the extra distance because my pets deserve the care and attention they get at North Shreveport Animal Hospital.

Great service and friendly staff!!!! While visiting my family from out of town (Alabama), my baby needed medical attention. They were very professional. They communicated with my veterinarian back home and was able to conduct the procedure he needed with no hiccups. My dog, Scooter, was hit by a car. She received prompt and efficient analysis of her injuries and had suffered a broken pelvis. Because of her age, surgery was not an option. However, with medication, she is now making a great recovery. The staff at North Shreveport Animal Hospital are excellent and caring.

The vets and staff here are very caring for humans as well as animals! They understand that our pets are part of our family and treat them as such-I had to board my new little chihuahua puppy for a long weekend shortly after I got her and I found out she stayed in a staff member's pocket while she was there, going everywhere with her and bonding. I don't think we will have many problems getting her to the vet because of this staff member and the time and affection she showed my puppy. This animal hospital is pretty far from my house but I still go there because of the people and their affection for all animals. Their prices and hours are also very reasonable and fit into my budget.
