Caring staff, very professional and efficient. The office and animal area was very well kept. We brought our (street) pup here for shots and exam. The Doctor explained everything, did what he could do for both our pups, and we were on our way in under an hour with a reasonable amount of money spent for excellent service.

Our 5 year old English bulldog had an injury to her leg and since our original vet was closed we took her to Provenance Veterinary Hospital. We got to meet Sarah and she was absolutely amazing with our baby! Her facility is beautiful and her staff is great. If that didn't have us sold her staff called the following day just to check on our baby Jojo. We were very impressed with how compassionate she was with our baby and how they treated us after. Thank you so much Sarah for all your help and keep creating a wonderful environment to be in.

I am so happy I chose to begin bringing my dog Gracie here! I live in North Bossier, but Dr. Clint & Dr. Sarah are well worth the drive! I began bringing my dog here at the recommendation of a friend, and I have yet to be disappointed! You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they see. Without reservation, I can say that Provenance Veterinary Hospital doctors are the most caring and competent veterinarians I have ever known. I have owned and loved dogs my entire life, and I now have two wonderful eleven-month old babies, Chotsy and Ella. Chotsy was born with Grade 4 medial patella luxation. In Chotsy's case, it was a genetic defect. I struggled for months with the fact that he would need a difficult surgery to walk without holding his hind leg off the ground. I researched the options and finally contemplated where and when he would have this surgery. I chose Provenance, and I could not be happier or more satisfied with my choice. It was definitely the right decision! Compassionate and competent, both Drs. Clint and Sarah Waddell, have been exemplary physicians in their care of my little boy. Chotsy is in rehab with Dr. Clint, and his progress is simply amazing! Thank you Drs. Waddell...and to the exceptional staff at this awesome veterinary hospital.

Came here today with my puppy dog Cleo . We are from out of town but I wanted to take my puppy here to check up on some concerns I had with her eye having some discharge .I called yesterday morning and got an appointment for the same afternoon! When we arrived it was a beautiful location. Seemed very new and had a lovely design. The environment was very spacious and ample . When we arrived we were immediately helped at the desk and greeted kindly. We were taken back and waited about 5 minutes or a bit for the doctor. When the doctor came in he was very kind and efficient. A nurse came in with him and she was warm and so sweet. My puppy was so scared for some reason. I think its because it was eye related that they had to do a lot of things around her eye. And my puppy was trembling so much, but they were so patient and compassionate to her. The doctor explained everything he was doing. He also didn't just focus on her eye he provided her with an overall wellness exam I'd say. That made me feel better as well. Overall our visit lasted about 25 minutes which was awesome! He gave us some eyedrops and was very thorough in his explanation on how to use them .I left very satisfied and thankful I had this place nearby. I totally recommend this place!Thank you Provenance Vet Hospital!

Both Dr. Waddell's have been treating both of my dogs for almost 10 years. Since the start they have been caring, loving, empathic, and knowledgeable. One of my dogs, a stray found on the side of 3132, Dr. Sara and her team brought back from the brink of death from neglect. I wouldn't have been able to enjoy the past 6 years of joy in my life if it weren't for her (and Bri and ALL of the people who helped us as we visited each week until she was well). I now live in Dallas but I still put Dr. Sara on the list of people we visit when in town. I have two happy, healthy dogters because of them, and for that I am eternally grateful.

Extremely overpriced compared to other vets in the area and horrible customer service. I never complain but when I came to get my dogs prescription refilled they told me that they undercharged me 6 months ago on a prescription and tried to make me pay $400! It was completely their mistake for not charging me correctly the first time and had I known that they gave me $400 worth medicine I would have never bought it! Needless to say I will not be bringing my dog back here and I will tell everyone I know how they do business and also overcharge. I just called my previous vet and the same medicine my dog needs is $20 less.

We love our vets and the staff every single time we've had to go in they try their best to make my (super dramatic) dog comfortable. Every one is very nice and very helpful we've never had a bad experience, and more importantly they have provided the BEST medical care. After having to take my dog a few times I have 100% trust in them. I barely ever have to ask questions bc everything is explained so well. Definitely our forever vets (Tino-the dog does not approve of this message. They are mean and poke him with needles )

This is a very nice facility. Staff and doctor are very friendly. They truly seem to care about my pet. With that being said, all pet care is expensive and they are not an exception to this rule. However I do not think they are overpriced by any means. In the future I may shop around for cheaper meds and vaccination programs to save money. But I would surely use them for very important medical care. I really don't think you can go wrong with this clinic, they have state of the art equipment. It also seems to me they keep up with technology and the latest medical trends when it comes to pets.

The doctor explained everything he was doing. He also didn't just focus on her eye he provided her with an overall wellness exam I'd say. That made me feel better as well. Overall our visit lasted about 25 minutes which was awesome! He gave us some eyedrops and was very thorough in his explanation on how to use them .I left very satisfied and thankful I had this place nearby. I totally recommend this place!Thank you Provenance Vet Hospital!

Both Dr. Waddell's have been treating both of my dogs for almost 10 years. Since the start they have been caring, loving, empathic, and knowledgeable. One of my dogs, a stray found on the side of 3132, Dr. Sara and her team brought back from the brink of death from neglect. I wouldn't have been able to enjoy the past 6 years of joy in my life if it weren't for her (and Bri and ALL of the people who helped us as we visited each week until she was well). I now live in Dallas but I still put Dr. Sara on the list of people we visit when in town. I have two happy, healthy dogters because of them, and for that I am eternally grateful.

Extremely overpriced compared to other vets in the area and horrible customer service. I never complain but when I came to get my dogs prescription refilled they told me that they undercharged me 6 months ago on a prescription and tried to make me pay $400! It was completely their mistake for not charging me correctly the first time and had I known that they gave me $400 worth medicine I would have never bought it! Needless to say I will not be bringing my dog back here and I will tell everyone I know how they do business and also overcharge. I just called my previous vet and the same medicine my dog needs is $20 less.

We love our vets and the staff every single time we've had to go in they try their best to make my (super dramatic) dog comfortable. Every one is very nice and very helpful we've never had a bad experience, and more importantly they have provided the BEST medical care. After having to take my dog a few times I have 100% trust in them. I barely ever have to ask questions bc everything is explained so well. Definitely our forever vets (Tino-the dog does not approve of this message. They are mean and poke him with needles )

This is a very nice facility. Staff and doctor are very friendly. They truly seem to care about my pet. With that being said, all pet care is expensive and they are not an exception to this rule. However I do not think they are overpriced by any means. In the future I may shop around for cheaper meds and vaccination programs to save money. But I would surely use them for very important medical care. I really don't think you can go wrong with this clinic, they have state of the art equipment. It also seems to me they keep up with technology and the latest medical trends when it comes to pets.
