I brought my 4 month old - American Bully Pit to South Park Animal Hospital out of desperation and fear. Full of tears and nervous I called around to find a facility open the day after the 4th of July that was not over booked. The reason for my search was because on Monday a Vet in Waskom (Tiller's) cropped his ears. Once we made it home and I examined him, I seen that he had cartilage showing. After getting his ears re-sutured less than 24 hrs, being accused as a liar by a staff member and paying the 2nd time only for the sutures to unravel again (less than 1 hr). So on Saturday morning I called Dr. Tiller with my concerns, only to be accused of arguing with him, called a lair again and him hanging up in my face as I tried to explain to him that I am merely concern not to be offensive. I decided to seek another Vet. South Park Animal Hospital - The facility within itself is AMAZING, clean and does not smell like an Animal Hospital (Vet). My appointment was at 9 am. I arrived 15 mins before. I was greet by the sweeties Receptionist (whom assured me that they will do their best). I filled out the paper work, he was weighed and by 9:15 I was in a Dr. office waiting to see the Vet. @9:19 Dr. Day walked in and greeted me along with an Assistant. You can truly feel the sincerity of concern for not only my puppy but me as well. I explained my HORRIFIC experience at Dr. Tiller's office and my concern that he has an infection. Dr. Day examined him and explained in details of what her diagnoses was and the procedure(s) that she will have to do. Conclusion: My puppy had to be re sutured, given oral antibiotics (for the infection) and a pain med (because re sutured) prescriptions on site. I didn't have to go an get his prescription filled. I am very pleased with the Staff and Doctors at South Park Animal Hospital. I received an email the next day. Giving me an opportunity to set up a personal online contact. The website is AWESOME!! I WILL NOT PLACE MYI'THI (my puppy) in the care of any other facility other that South Park. The sutures are hold up, he is back to normal and no more signs of infection.
