Very disappointed in the last few visits. Had to wait unreasonable amounts of time while the girls are too busy yacking and cutting up. I have been going there since I moved back to Shreveport, brought all 4 dogs, all rescues, to get shots, boarded, and treated. In other words, have literally spent thousands upon thousands of dollars there. Tonight was the final draw...I had an appointment for 2 dogs at 4:30, sat in the front room listening to someone's obnoxious screaming child for 20 minutes before we were brought to our room and had to wait approximately another 40 minutes or so for the vet to come in. Finally we were seen an hour+ after our appointment, 1 dog was looked at for 2 minutes and the other the rest of the time. Without even asking what we wanted to do about the main problem child he was given all his shots, all I wanted was his yearly heartworm but they were already sticking him so it was too late. I kept my mouth shut and just waited while the main problem child was addressed. After all was said and done I was charged for 2 office visits regardless of the fact we were an hour late being seen and the other dog took all of 2 or 3 minutes and was administered no care nor shots, treatment, etc. Anyhow, that was it. I will take all of my animals elsewhere and will board them elsewhere as well. Deeply disappointed!!!Read Less
