I am new to the community and I called to find out the cost of my dogs medications since I spend over $600 a month on meds alone. When I called they were very unfriendly, they told me they don't carry the milligrams that I had requested, to which I responded that it is okay. I asked for a different mg price that they carry since I have another dog that takes what they offer. She paused and huffed and said very rudely "Do you have a prescription". I said, "Of course I do." She said "What is it that you are wanting?" That response was delivered so rudely that I couldn't believe my ears. I told her she was being very rude and unfriendly. I was totally shocked when she proceeded to hang up on me. I had this conversation on speaker and my family, who runs a business, could not believe the rotten customer service exchange. Can you imagine how they would treat your animals!!!! I shudder! I was so disgusted, I called back and told the person who answered "I can't believe I was just hung up on." She responded "What is it you are wanting for us" Rudely! I guess in the end, you know what they say about karma...I told her...(A litlle Pretty Woman moment here), I have 5 dogs so they lost out on $1000 a month literally! Between 5 dogs on meds, boarding (I travel with my job), heartworm pills for 5 dogs, office visits, teeth cleaning ( all 5 dogs teeth are cleaned every 2 months), bathing, flee/tick preventative, shampoos, etc. and then I hung up on her. I wonder if the veterinarian would like to know what he/she has answering his/her phone. My bet is NO. I treat my dogs as I would my family because they are family. I would not recommend this clinic. I will find a vet suited in common courtesy to take my hard earned money. You should too. Read Less
