One of my dogs is kind of skittish when it comes to the vet and she has no issues here. The staff is super friendly and they take care of your babies like their own. Dr. Loftin is very gentle, loving, and conservative when a treatment plan is necessary. I also like that I don’t have to bring my Bully or people with Pitbulls don’t have to bring their dogs muzzled through a back door like other vets. It is always very clean. If my girls are comfortable then I’m comfortable! Loftin is our vet! ❤️

It’s been several years since we had a pet and new to this area, I was nervous about where to bring our new puppy. After visiting Lofton, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. All staff was very polite and friendly to our puppy, my daughter and myself. The Vet took time and answered all the questions I had and wasn’t rushing out to make the next sell. They didn’t try and sell us anything we didn’t go in for. We got the treatment we went in for and our puppy is doing great. I would highly recommend bringing your animals here!

Moved to Youngsville and looked for a good vet for my dog that would care for him like our previous vet did. On first I was a little nervous but after several visits I see I have made a good choice. My dog has become more comfortable each visit. The only thing is that I think the prices are a little more than what I am used to paying.

Talk about having your faith restored in humanity. We recently rescued a cat someone dumped off in a bag. He needed to be tested for infectious disease, neutered and vaccinated. These guys were SO amazing. I told them what happened and they didn’t try to get me to pay for all kinds of things I didn’t need like every other vet clinic I called. They knew it was urgent we get him seen quickly and money was tight. They were so kind and understanding. We just moved to this area and I know who we’ll be taking all our pets to from now on. Great job Loftin....best vet clinic I’ve been to in a long time and certainly in this area.

Amazing care while still affordable. The techs and doctors care for my dog and cats like they are their own. One of my cats got sick very suddenly as I was heading out of town, so they boarded him and called to update me as his condition changed. So glad I found them! Never going anywhere else in the Lafayette area!

After paying $500 for a minor surgery, the office staff was supposed to call to notify me how my dog was doing. I never received a call, therefore I called the clinic. The tech who came to the phone w...
After paying $500 for a minor surgery, the office staff was supposed to call to notify me how my dog was doing. I never received a call, therefore I called the clinic. The tech who came to the phone was rude, heartless, abrasive and acted as though I was bothering her. I was handed medicine with no dosage instructions and no post surgical instructions. When I arrived to pick up my dog, I informed the staff how hostile and rude they were and I would not bring ANY animal of mine there EVER again!

We have been a client of Dr. Loftin's for over ten years. The vets and the staff do a wonderful job of taking care of our cats - even helping one of our cats live to be 21 yo. They are always helpful and understanding. I couldn't have asked for a better place to bring my "children."

Dr. Loftin is a great vet who is willing to spend some time with his clients. Unlike other vets who rush in and out, he takes time to explain and discuss issues with the pet owner. His staff members are also very nice. Clean facilities. I used to live in Houston and to get my dog's eye checked (one was stratched) it cost $40. At Dr. Loftin's clinic, he charged me only $15 for the same procedure. I highly recommend him to others looking for a vet.

One of my dogs is kind of skittish when it comes to the vet and she has no issues here. The staff is super friendly and they take care of your babies like their own. Dr. Loftin is very gentle, loving, and conservative when a treatment plan is necessary. It’s been several years since we had a pet and new to this area, I was nervous about where to bring our new puppy. After visiting Lofton, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. All staff was very polite and friendly to our puppy, my daughter and myself. The Vet took time and answered all the questions I had and wasn’t rushing out to make the next sell. They didn’t try and sell us anything we didn’t go in for. We got the treatment we went in for and our puppy is doing great. I would highly recommend bringing your animals here!

Moved to Youngsville and looked for a good vet for my dog that would care for him like our previous vet did. On first I was a little nervous but after several visits I see I have made a good choice. These guys were SO amazing. I told them what happened and they didn’t try to get me to pay for all kinds of things I didn’t need like every other vet clinic I called. After paying $500 for a minor surgery, the office staff was supposed to call to notify me how my dog was doing. I never received a call, therefore I called the clinic.
