They care, I trust them completely with my pets. Sadly, I've had to call them after hours to help me let go of my elderly pets numerous times. They gave me the time I needed. I'm thankful for them.

I was a new pup owner and had lots of questions. The less than concerned receptionist seems to be running the show and she leaves little to be desired! Felt very rushed! Won't be returning.

I've been using Dr. Annison for the past 11-12 years and I am 100% satisfied with the quality of care delivered by him and his long-term staff. I have always had at least 3 dogs at any one time, and I find that his fees are reasonable and his advice is honest and goal directed. They also offer overnight boarding, which has been a life saver for me on more than one occasion. The facility is clean and well kept- no animal smells! Appointments are recommended because this establishment stays busy and has a loyal customer base. They also offer grooming by appointment..

My family and I LOVE Plains Veterinary Hospital. We have been under their care since they opened. When selecting a Dr for all of our fur babies, we look for the same qualities and capabilities as if selecting a Dr for one of us. Our fur babies have had their shots, surgery, neutered, spayed, had to board our Lab once and they receive tender loving care upon each visit. My Missie Prissie was seriously sick last year, 4/30/15, and took a turn for the worse, Doc and his staff stayed late till all my family could get to the hospital. They allowed us to spend time with her and to tell her good bye. THANK YOU Plains Vet.

Great vet clinic! They don't try to convince u to do expensive, unnecessary tests and services. The first time they saw my dog for something minor they didn't even charge for the visit! So surprising...
Great vet clinic! They don't try to convince u to do expensive, unnecessary tests and services. The first time they saw my dog for something minor they didn't even charge for the visit! So surprising to find that kind of place these days! I also had an emergency visit for a puppy. The helped her right away (required minor surgery), and I was able to pick her up a few hours later that same day.

My family and I LOVE Plains Veterinary Hospital. We have been under their care since they opened. When selecting a Dr for all of our fur babies, we look for the same qualities and capabilities as if selecting a Dr for one of us. Our fur babies have had their shots, surgery, neutered, spayed, had to board our Lab once and they receive tender loving care upon each visit. Great vet clinic! They don't try to convince u to do expensive, unnecessary tests and services. The first time they saw my dog for something minor they didn't even charge for the visit! So surprising to find that kind of place these days! I also had an emergency visit for a puppy. The helped her right away (required minor surgery), and I was able to pick her up a few hours later that same day.
