Dr. Wheeler and her team have been treating our 12 year old Lab - mix, Carley for close to six months. Carley's life has been prolonged and her day to day living experience greatly improved due to the thoughtful and committed attention by Dr. Wheeler. Dr. Wheeler is why we drive 30 mins to get to HAH. She listens thoughtfully to concerns, informs thoroughly, and goes out of her way for the care of your pet and your family. She's everything a vet should be - intelligent / a thoughtful problem solver and advocate / caring.
The staff is wonderful as well and the daycare program is our Scottie's home away from home. I know they are watching him and will keep him safe and happy. Top notch and worth the drive.

I have been a client at Hoffman AH for about 9 years. When I first started taking my dog, he had anxiety about riding in the car and would often get ill on even a short car ride. Shortly after becoming a patient at Hoffman AH, he would get excited to go in the car because it usually meant a visit to the vet! He has always been treated so kindly by everyone in staff through the years. As I have added to my pack, they all love going to visit everyone at Hoffman Animal Hospital. This is by far the most compassionate, loving and professional animal hospital I have ever experienced. I have not been to see them in about 3 years due to a move further south. In my moment of need yesterday, they did not hesitate to welcome me back to help me through a rough day. My dog Oscar was diagnosed with a serious aggressive cancer and I found out three days ago that I had to put him to sleep. He deteriorated so fast. My current vet's staff have never been very friendly or loving and I couldn't see taking him there for his last moments. I called Hoffman Animal Hospital and from the moment they answered until hours later in the day, Dr. Wheeler and staff were a God-send to me and my family. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all so very much. Oscar shared his last moments in a place full of love.

Dr. Hoffman has been my dog's vet for 15 years. We recently had to put her down and Dr. Hoffman came to our house because we couldn't get her to the office. Today I received a Colorado Blue Spruce sapling to plant in her memory from Hoffman Animal Hospital along with a sympathy card with condolences from everyone. Dr. Hoffman and all of her staff are the most compassionate and thoughtful veterinary staff I have ever dealt with. I'll have the pleasure of dealing with them for many more years to come, as we have two puppies in our family.
