I honestly don't have any complaints about this hospital. I've been bringing my dog here for over 7 years and the customer service staff and the support of the veterinarians have always been great. I went through something when my favorite veterinarian left the practice but that was almost 2 years ago and everything has still been great.Keep up the good work!

We have been taking our pets to Dr Hemmer at one of his locations for nearly 30 years. He is a first class veterinarian and has solved some really tough medical problems we had with a chocolate lab....
We have been taking our pets to Dr Hemmer at one of his locations for nearly 30 years. He is a first class veterinarian and has solved some really tough medical problems we had with a chocolate lab. We tried on a few occasions more local vets for convenience but always find ourselves making the trip back to Arnold Veterinarian for the quality of care and their expertise. All of the staff is top notch and we are happy we have them to care for our 2 cats and 3 dogs :).

My dog " Buddy " is a little excitable around other dogs so they usher us in an available room to wait. I have a problem ordering his food on line and Michelle has been great about it - she helps me order his food and it is delivered to my door ! Michelle is always cordial and friendly - a GREAT asset to your office !! I would never take my pets anywhere else. LOVE YOU GUYS !!Penny Staples

Unfortunate recent experience causes this review. Second issue in two years-i give you a pass once but twice? No. Had been pleased until office staff sought to deliberately portray a circumstance as it was not, talking over me as if I was some insipid 10 year old-just talk louder was the strategy! Louder! More!! They had to be heard! Even though they were wrong--had to be heard; talk over, talk louder! Insinuating customers are always stupid and wrong!! ..No apology or consideration for downstream impact. Zero civility. What the...? Yes we all have bad days-this was epic-over a 5 day period. Unprofessional boorish behavior by staff - can only begin to think about how my how my pets treated in future from this point forward if this is how they treat 2 legged variety ..sadly I have to find a new vet. Highly recommend all to stay away until new staff; new culture at Arnold Vet and find another local vet for your furry family!

Just took our rescue dog here! I paid extra for my dog limping and nothing was wrong! I asked for the X-rays, and it was for my piece of mind! Vet was very nice, very informative and her front desk...
Just took our rescue dog here! I paid extra for my dog limping and nothing was wrong! I asked for the X-rays, and it was for my piece of mind! Vet was very nice, very informative and her front desk was amazing!!!! My dog thought I was taking her back to the shelter and was going crazy!!! Awesome place!!!

We take our dog and cat to Dr. Stephanie Stieler. She is WONDERFUL. She's very understanding and always takes the time to explain what's going on with our pets. We have also worked with Dr. Lee when our dog was diagnosed with diabetes. He kept an eye on his glucose levels and called us during non business hours with updates and information. It was very comforting.The service here is top notch and we love everyone at the front desk too! The vet care seems pricey, but frankly, I've never taken my dog anywhere else in over 8 years because I trust Arnold Veterinary Hospital. And, their boarding is relatively inexpensive while providing the peace of mind that trusted professionals are taking care of your pets while you're away.

3 times has been nothing but an unhappy experience. The first time the visit was ok, not thrilled about how fast they went over my animals during the exam. The second time I brought them in for their routine checkup and again the quick and then the nation and I got their nails trimmed thinking that they would do a nice trimming all they got were toenail clippers in a hurry with a disgruntled look on the vets face hird time I come by to try to find buy food. Okay so I try the third time to buy some food for my pets, they thank can't sell it to me because he hasn't been seen there within the year even though I have the current prescription for him. With no recommendations on where to buy the food thats a place of BUSINESS that WILL sell the food. Im sorry but three times with no impression except bad and expensive. ...im going to find a vet thats a real businesses.

I know I should resist but I can't help myself......get ready for it........the super "fur"iendly staff (insert hearty laughter) make vet and boarding visits as painless as possible. They are seriously nice and pleasant folks to interact with, and the pup just looooves hamming up to the ladies lol. The boarding area is AWESOME!!! Indoors, clean, only enough boarding "rooms" for about 12 dogs at a time, dogs don't face each other, plexiglass (or something of that nature) doors to each kennel, not chain link fence, help to keep delicate paws from harm in the event of any excited pawing... We leave the pup with one of her blankies when we board her, which we forgot to take with us after one visit...but not to fear!!! The kind staff didn't forget, and they had it washed and folded for us the next time we were there....with no reminders from us...we had completely forgotten about it!We know our furry kid is in excellent hands when she's there, so that's a comforting thought when we have to leave her there for an "extended stay". In summary, this place rocks.

Such a breath of fresh air! Recently I had been to a horrible office called Bay Hills Vet Hospital and vowed never to return due to the low rate staff and uncaring dirty manner of the office. Arnold Vet Hospital treated both my dog and myself professionally never failing to be friendly. The office was immaculate. We were seen immediately and it's obvious all staff are knowledgeable and caring. Their hours are flexible and they accommodate nearly every schedule. Thank goodness I've found them.

We have been taking our pets to Dr Hemmer at one of his locations for nearly 30 years. He is a first class veterinarian and has solved some really tough medical problems we had with a chocolate lab. We tried on a few occasions more local vets for convenience but always find ourselves making the trip back to Arnold Veterinarian for the quality of care and their expertise. All of the staff is top notch and we are happy we have them to care for our 2 cats and 3 dogs :).

I know I should resist but I can't help myself......get ready for it........the super "fur"iendly staff (insert hearty laughter) make vet and boarding visits as painless as possible. Such a breath of fresh air! Recently I had been to a horrible office called Bay Hills Vet Hospital and vowed never to return due to the low rate staff and uncaring dirty manner of the office. Arnold Vet Hospital treated both my dog and myself professionally never failing to be friendly. The office was immaculate. We were seen immediately and it's obvious all staff are knowledgeable and caring. Their hours are flexible and they accommodate nearly every schedule. Thank goodness I've found them.
