I'll say this--the care you get depends on the doctor involved. Dr Mueller is a welcome addition. Maybe he will have some influence. In fact, I ended up using Dr. Mueller and his Hamden Lane clinic BECAUSE of a poor experience with Bradley HIlls! When we first got our dog, we noticed that she had a little mole like thing on her neck, near her collar. The collar was irritating it, and we took her in: Their diagnosis was she needed to be put under for a biopsy. Cost: $800 some dollars.Being a long time dog owner, though new to Bradley Hills, I new this was not the way to go. First, you are using anesthesia on a animal for what could be nothing. IT DID.I have been going to Dr. Mueller since, and now he is at Bradley Hills. I am going to try and stick with him: he is a minimalist in terms of care of a dog and that is what I like. That is how I treat myself, and I am not going to subject my dog to unnecessary testing and drugs.More care--in people and animals--does not mean you get better outcomes. Bradley Hills, IMO, tries to provide the most care for the most money. Read Less
