Great vet place. The service is outstanding. Both humans and animals are treated very well. Love the staff (my cats don't necessarily love it, but that's because they don't like going anywhere in their cages). Not too many parking spots, but it is not hard to find parking around the place. I have been going to Maple Springs Veterinary Hospital since I moved into Darnestown 6 years ago. When I moved further away, and I did try a closer Vet, but they did not compare. I will continue to bring my dogs back to the wonderful staff and veterinarians!  They always find time to accommodate me and my pets. Read Less

My first appointment here for my dog was great! I met with Dr. M and she was wonderful with my very anxious dog. Unfortunately, the rest of our visits weren't so great. We met with another female vet that was very cold towards us and our animals. From then on we got conflicting treatment information from the different vets. When one of our dogs became so sick he stopped eating, we took him in for some tests. We never received a call about the results of the tests so when I took him for additional tests I was told the other tests were never done. I ended up driving an hour away to our previous vet to get the treatment he needed. When I needed a refill on some medication, my vet said she could call it in to a vet closer to me so that I wouldn't have to make the drive. When I asked Maple Springs to refill the medication they seemed upset I had stopped go to them, they never called me back to pick up the medication, said they needed all of his records, and when I picked up the medication the lady wouldn't even look at me. My dog is going through chemo for a very aggressive form of cancer and they couldn't even show some sort of sympathy to our situation because they were too busy being upset about losing a client. We had to put our cat down recently and Maple Springs made the whole ordeal as easy as possible. We tried to find our old cat another home but because she was so old and had a history of biting we realized that was entirely going to happen. The day we put her down one of the vets came up to me as soon as I walked in and took our loved cat and quietly told me it would be OK. I'm glad we took her to Maple Springs for the procedure and not somewhere that wouldn't have known how much we cared about our cat. Read Less

I was shocked to have an extremely bad visit this morning. In the past I have been very happy there. Dr. Rivera was wonderful with my dog. I thought I was in for a quick blood draw and didn't even expect to see a vet. So I was annoyed to not only see a vet but have them try to tell me that my dog needed even more tests. Yet when I was on the phone with the vet nothing was mentioned other than the blood draw. I was actually hurt when the vet yanked my dog's leash out of my hand. Not saying I wasn't being a pain but last time I checked that was not a reason to hurt someone. Read Less

The best place ever! Great experience! My dog had bites from another dog ! They took him in right away complaining Maddy branch place telling me bring him on Friday ! Are u kidding me ! The staff is amazing, helpful and just super to be around usually my boys get a little stressed but not here. They love their doctor and the staff. They get excited going in. We used to take our beloved Boxer Chloe to Maple Springs. She had a tumor on her leg which required pain medication everyday. Catherine, the office manager was very understanding regarding refills and pick up times. When it came to putting her down, Catherine was the kindest person to go through the whole process with. I wish more people like her were in the vet industry. She was the main reason why we stuck with Maple Springs, plus Chloe loved her! Read Less

The staff is always curtious and the doctors are outstanding. there has never been a time when i have had an emegency that i have not been able to bring my cat in right away. I love everything about this place. The vets are all wonderful and the office staff is uniformly terrific with the exception of Katherine who is out of this world wonderful. Katherine is great with both two and four-legged creatures and always has a terrific attitude. She's helpful and accommodating and my dog adores her, as do I. Maple Springs excels in every way imaginable. We have two greyhounds and their breed is known to produce different results in their blood work. Finding a veterinarian that knows about these differences was paramount. Finding Maple Springs has been a truly fantastic experience. Not only are the veterinarians knowledgeable but the entire staff goes out of their way to make our dogs and my wife and I comfortable. I kid you not my dogs like going to the vet and I have to pull them back out the door I get better follow up from the doctors at Maple Springs than I do from my own physician.
