I had to rush my dog, Xena, to WCAH for an emergency, I had an appt set for later that day, but they took Xena right away, just as they were opening. Xena was given a great deal of attention and care while waiting for Dr. Anderson to arrive. Unfortunately, Xena was not able to make it through, so I walked back to be with her and she was surrounded by everyone offering her care and comfort. She wiggled her little tail for me. I'm confident they did everything they could. After I had to let Xena go, the whole staff remained very kind and sympathetic. Dr. Anderson was very helpful and understanding and even answered all my questions when I returned today, nearly a week later, to hash out what had happened. I am sad about the outcome, but happy about how everyone at WCAH handled the emergency. Xena was an adventurer by day and a snuggler at night, so no matter what kind of dog, I would recommend WCAH to anyone and am glad I started bringing Xena to WCAH. Read Less
