Love Dr. Stabler. Very compassionate and understanding. Other vets are nice too. However, I almost didn’t come back as due to our first experience with their vet, Dr. Lauren Page. Who made me feel as if I was not doing enough for my pet with her skin allergies. With snarky under the breath comments and a very odd approach to interacting with a client. I felt pressured me into purchasing 40 dollar pills I would told by her would help strength my dogs coat, only to read online later these pills were meant for digestive issues and diarrhea. At the time, I was a young college student on a budget. I felt I was made out to feel inadequate as an owner, which was extremely uncomfortable to say at least. She however did show much care and was gentle to my dog, and the other pills she prescribed did help with my dogs ailments. Not by any means a ill-will woman, though I did feel taken advantage of. I moved to the area less than a year ago, and my step-dad suggested I take my dog here. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, professional and friendly. The doctor and nurses walked me through everything they were doing, and answered any and all questions I had. They didn’t push anything unnecessary, and they walked me through my options and helped me pick the best care suited for my dog. My dog has separation anxiety and doesn’t do too well around new people but he instantly loved everyone here! I LOVED my previous vet, so the bar was set pretty high - Green Valley exceeded my hopes and expectations. I can not recommend this clinic highly enough. The staff at Green Valley have always cared for our pets like they were their own. We had to put our last old beagle down last week and they were very professional, but knowing we were doing the right thing. Still they were almost as upset as our family. We have brought our animals to Green Valley for over 20 years and when we go to rescue another pet from the shelter we will be right back to Green Valley for their medical care and vaccines. If there were 5,000 stars I would give that rating. Dr Laura is a gifted physician, knowledgeable and she can think out of the box. She never overmedicates her patients and never overcharges her clients. Also she is very caring and compassionate. Simply the best! Both Dr. B and Dr. Stabler along with the entire staff are top notch. Today both my fur babies are recoving nicely from Spay and Nueter surgery that Dr. B performed yesterday. I cant thank him and his Vet Tech's enough for taking such good care of Charlie and Miracle. Read Less

My dog literally starts whining to get out of the car when we pull in the lot--that's how much he loves Green Valley Animal Hospital. And being a diabetic black Lab, he visits quite often. Dr. Page, Dr. Breitinger, and Dr. Stabler are all compassionate and knowledgeable professionals. I definitely appreciate Dr. Page's holistic bent; if there is an advance in a natural product, she's usually up on it and tells me about it . In addition, most of the technicians have been there for years and are all warm, capable individuals. Our dog adores them all.We have been through it all with this vet practice with several different dogs and even one guinea pig that needed to be euthanized (as a rule, they don't see rodents, but the guinea pig was clearly dying and they saved me an hour trip to his regular veterinarian). I can't imagine going anywhere else. They work insanely long hours and yet they always give each pet full attention, answering all questions and concerns. Previously, my one small critique was that the place was looking a little run-down, but that too has been remedied. Dr. Page had a wholesale refresh completed, and it's very inviting to walk into now. Still, prices are reasonable compared with what others we talk with have paid. Read Less

We have never owned a pet that was excited to visit the vet!  Our pug Dani scratches at the door to get in on his scheduled visits.  All staff are consistently warm, welcoming and patient.  Front desk staff greets each animal that walks in...not just behind their desk...they come out to the seating area to give a rub and cheery hello to each animal!! Dani loves this greeting! Staff recognize pets are a part of the family and are treated as such.Dani sees Dr.Paige in this facility and our family has had consistently exceptional experiences with her. Dr. Paige is knowledgeable and thorough when examining, treating and speaking with us about "our boy."  We have never felt rushed or as being a nuisance as she answers our many questions.During times of needed surgery, Dr. Paige has been articulate as to what she will be doing and what to expect following surgery. Post surgery calls are made to check on pets.We are grateful we found Green Valley Animal Hospital and  thankful for their dedication of quality care, treatment and love of animals. Read Less

We have taken all of our animals here for years now. The staff are all awesome with both their human and pet clients. We don't live far, so they are very convenient which came in handy multiple times for sporadic pet emergencies. We just called and they worked us in as fast as they could. We have had two pets put down there and the amount of comfort offered by all the staff was amazing. From beginning to the very end, as long as I am in this area I will use this vet. Read Less

Love Green Valley Animal Hospital! Jennings (our large mixed breed hound) is treated like family there, & they take excellent care of him (without breaking our bank). Their medical care is very thorough and much appreciated. They also have wonderful spa service (and we think Jennings is beginning to like it, rather than view bath-time as a torture session!). My cat loves this place! The doctors are knowledgeable and I find the staff always friendly and willing to accommodate me, especially since I am forgetful and often ask them to print out shot records.Another thing that I find really charming is that they have a office cat! Eliza is friendly and I love to pet her when I come in. :) I've seen her swipe at an over-eager child, but she was not being mean, just trying to protect herself from someone from potentially hurting her by petting way too hard.The office looks clean, its decorated cutely and there are even two topiary peacocks outside.
