I have been bringing my dogs to Dr. Walker for years. From routine care to more complicated issues, I could not be happier with the professionalism and attentiveness of the entire staff. I briefly tried another vet that was cheaper and quickly realized you get what you pay for. They have improved the quality of life of my pups and for that I will always be eternally grateful. Top notch diagnostic skills and compassionate care. Read Less

My Boston Terrier, Pippi, is a new patient as of April 2013. She was taken due to ear pain and a hematoma on the same ear. The entire staff made us feel welcome. The waiting room is huge - quite spacious compared to other facilities. Clean. Floor is coated concrete which is perfect for animals. Dr. Moran explained to me clearly what the problem was and before doing any testing or anything extra she explained the reason as well as the cost. I'm not "Olney wealthy" by any stretch of the imagination so this was greatly appreciated. I ended up having the culture done, of course, and requested some other things. Excellent service. Not inexpensive but certainly not nearly as expensive as many other vets. The service and quick scheduling were worth paying a bit more for sure. NOBODY pushed me for anything unnecessary, which is a huge thing to me. I don't appreciate when that's done and Town & Country treated me as a valued customer. Read Less

Please DO NOT take your animal to Town & Country animal clinic in Olney Maryland......... I recently took my dog in for some vaccinations and felt as if I was at a car dealership being price gauged for thing we didnt need. although my dog does suffer some skin allergies, which wasnt the reason i went they pressured me into buying 3 types of lotions, shampoos and a liquid which was toxic, plus 2 different antihystameans and antibiotics that i couldnt afford. when i came to my sense the next day i called and asked if i could return some of the stuff the told me it was illeagle for them to take returns, i proceed to call another vet to ask if that was true , they laughed at me and said that was not true..........after all said here i ended up just taking a loss and keeping all the stuff and then a week later i recieved a letter saying that i need to find a new vet for underminding there treatment.Read Less
